摘 要:以某气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)超长大体积混凝土基础混凝土抗裂为例,根据工程特点进行了跳仓法的可行性分析,制定了跳仓法的施工方案,采用MIDAS有限元软件对其施工步骤进行仿真分析。仿真计算结果表明,所有跳仓混凝土施工过程中,其最大拉应力均没有超过容许抗拉强度,从而验证了跳仓法施工技术在该工程混凝土裂缝控制方面的可行性。
Abstract: Taking the construction and cracking control of a GIS which has super long mass concrete foundation as an example and according to the characteristics of the project, the feasibility analysis of the alternative bay method construction is made, and the plan of construction is worked out. Then the MIDAS finite element software is applied to simulate the construction steps. The results show that the maximum tensile stress in concrete is no more than the allowable tensile stress, which verifies the feasibility of the alternative bay method construction in the control of concrete cracks in this project.
