摘 要:通过对大温差恶劣环境下混凝土桥墩早期水化热温度场进行分析,得到外界环境对混凝土结构早期水化热温度场的影响。试验结果表明,大温差环境下混凝土桥墩早期若无养护会产生较大的温度应力,易导致温度裂缝。养护剂养护、土工布养护、橡塑板养护和SAP复合材料养护对这种病害的防护均有不同程度的改善,其中,SAP复合材料养护效果最佳,良好的保温保湿效果使混凝土桥墩内部温度场分布更为均匀,具有良好的养护防裂效果。
Abstract: Through the analysis of the early hydration heat temperature field of concrete bridge piers under the bad environment of large temperature difference, the influence of external environment on the early hydration heat temperature field of concrete structure is obtained. The test results show that if there is no curing in the early stage of concrete pier in large temperature difference environment, it will produce large temperature stress and easily lead to temperature cracks. Curing agent curing, geotextile curing, rubber plastic plate curing and SAP composite curing can improved the protection of this kind of disease to some extent. Among them, the curing effect of SAP composite is the best. The good heat preservation and moisturizing effect makes the distribution of the temperature field of the concrete bridge pier more uniform, and has good curing and anti cracking effect.
