碱激发矿渣-石灰石粉砂浆的性能研究

摘 要:研究了不同掺量的石灰石粉对碱矿渣水泥砂浆流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,石灰石粉掺量在0~50%时,随着掺量的增加,砂浆的流动性增大;当石灰石粉掺量为20%时,砂浆3d、7d和28d抗压强度较基准组分别提高3.1%、4.5%、9.0%,28d抗折强度提高10.0%,即在碱矿渣水泥砂浆中掺入20%的石灰石粉对强度是最为有利的。SEM研究表明,水化早期石灰石粉只起到一定的填充作用,但随着水化龄期的延长,石灰石粉参与了水化,水化产物的数量增加,砂浆的密实性和强度提高。
Abstract: The influence of different dosage of limestone powder on liquidity and mechanical property of alkali activated slag-limestone mortar is investigated. The results show that fluidity of mortar was increased with the increasing of limestone powder content when 0~50% limestone powder was added. And when the limestone dosage was 20%, the 3d,7d and 28d compressive strength of mortar increased by 3.1%, 4.5% and 9.0% and 28d flexural strength increased by 10.0% respectively compaed with control group. Namely adding 20% limestone powder in alkali activated slag cement mortar is best for strength. In addition, the results showed by SEM indicate that limestone powder is just for the filling effect in the early hydration, but with the prolonging of hydration time, limestone powder participated in the process of water hydration, the amount of the hydration products increased and the compactness and strength of mortars also increased.
