摘 要:掺稻壳灰蒸压加气混凝土过高的吸水率影响了其工作性能,为改善蒸压加气混凝土的吸水特性,研究了三种不同类型憎水剂对蒸压加气混凝土吸水性能的影响。对比分析了掺甲基硅醇钠、辛基三乙氧基硅烷和聚硅氧烷粉末憎水剂的蒸压加气混凝土吸水率、抗压强度和导热系数。结果表明:三种不同类型的憎水剂均能显著降低AAC的吸水率;对比三种憎水剂对蒸压加气混凝土性能的影响,发现聚硅氧烷粉末憎水剂改性效果最佳,其适宜掺量为0.3%~0.7%。
Abstract:The high water absorption of autoclaved aerated concrete has affected its working performance. In order to improve the water absorption characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete, the effects of three different types of hydrophobic agents on the water absorption of autoclaved aerated concrete were studied. The water absorption, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of autoclaved aerated concrete with sodium methacrylate, octyltriethoxysilane and polysiloxane powder were compared and analyzed. The results show that three different types of hydrophobic agents could significantly reduce the water absorption of AAC. The effect of three kinds of hydrophobic agents on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete is found that the modified effect of polysiloxane powder is the best and its appropriate content is 0.3%~0.7%.
