日照作用下圆钢管混凝土柱截面温度场分析

摘 要:以湖南黄花国际机场新航站楼为原型,分析了圆钢管混凝土柱在日照作用下的截面温度场。并采用ABAQUS软件对不同直径的圆钢管混凝土在角柱和边柱受热工况下的截面温度场进行数值模拟。研究结果表明,在相同受热工况下,不同直径圆钢管混凝土柱的截面温度分布规律相近,角柱与边柱沿受热方向的截面温度分布规律相近,大直径柱以及边柱由于受热面积大导致截面平均温度较高。在此基础上,拟合得到角柱和边柱在日照作用下的截面温度场分布模式,计算值与有限元分析值吻合良好。
Abstract:Based on the prototype structure of Hunan Huanghua International Airport Terminal, the temperature field of Concrete Filled Circular Tube (CFCT) columns under solar radiation were analyzed. The temperature field of CFCT columns at the corner and side with different diameters were calculated by ABAQUS under different temperature operating conditions. The results show that the temperature field of CFCT columns with different diameters is almost similar under the same condition. The temperature field of corner and side CFCT columns is also similar along the direction of temperature operating. The temperature of the large diameter CFCT columns and side columns is much higher because they have much more surface exposed to the solar radiation. In addition, the temperature field model of corner and side CFCT columns is proposed, and the results calculated by the model are in good agreement with the analyzed results.
