摘 要:采用CABR-NES非接触式收缩变形测定仪及平板刀口约束收缩法,研究了粉煤灰、矿渣粉掺量对混凝土早期收缩与开裂性能的影响。结果表明,在相同水胶比下,采用等量的粉煤灰或矿渣粉取代水泥对混凝土的早期收缩及开裂性能均有一定的改善作用,粉煤灰对混凝土开裂的抑制效果优于矿渣粉。当粉煤灰和矿渣粉掺量分别为30%和10%时,混凝土具有最小的收缩率、开裂面积及较小的最大裂缝宽度。混凝土的收缩与开裂存在较好的相关性,混凝土的早期开裂主要与其早期收缩有关,当掺入粉煤灰或矿渣粉的混凝土收缩量较小时,混凝土单位面积上的总开裂面积则相对较小。
Abstract: CABR-NES non-contact shrinkage deformation tester and flat blade-edge shrinkage method were used to study the effect of fly ash and slag powder on the early-age shrinkage and cracking performance of high performance concrete. The results indicate that the replacement of cement with the same amount of fly ash or slag powder at the same water-binder ratio can improve the early-age shrinkage and cracking performance of concrete. The effect of fly ash on concrete cracking is better than that of concrete slag powder. When the content of fly ash and slag powder are 30% and 10%, respectively, the concrete has the smallest shrinkage and cracking area. In addition, there is a good correlation between shrinkage and cracking of concrete. When concrete containing fly ash or slag powder has small shrinkage, the total cracking area per unit area of concrete is relatively small. Compared with the slag powder, the fly ash has a better inhibition effect on the concrete cracking.
