摘 要:镜面水泥基材料服役期间的水化和表面物质迁移可能会对其光泽度产生影响。针对这一问题,试验设计了不同条件下的湿热处理制度进行模拟。结果表明,湿热环境会导致镜面板光泽度值大幅度下降。而干热处理、贴膜、涂刷有机硅防水剂等方式也并不能有效阻碍该类下降。但将干热处理与涂刷硅油工艺复合后,镜面板经水热处理后的光泽度值可以达到60以上。经过多次干热、水热循环试验验证,该复合工艺具有良好的长期光泽度保持作用。
Abstract: Hydration and micro-material migration of cement-based materials could cause the change of glossiness of mirror plate. Approaching to this issue, different heat-moisture treatments for mirror plate are designed to lab-scale simulation. The experimental results indicate that heat-moisture treatments cause a sharp drop of mirror plate glossiness, which could not be prevented by dry heat curing, filming and brushing organosilicon water-proofing agent. But composite process consisting of dry heat curing and brushing organosilicon water-proofing agent could keep glossiness value of mirror plate above 60. And the durable glossiness of mirror plate is verified by the cycling test of dry heat and hydrothermal treatments.
