摘 要:通过测试不同聚合物胶粉种类、不同聚合物胶粉掺量硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆在自然养护条件下的性能变化规律,研究了其对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:在自然养护条件下,当聚合物胶粉掺量为4%时,初凝时间和终凝时间分别延长30 min、20 min;当聚合物胶粉掺量为2%时,流动度提高了11.1%,1 d、28 d的抗折强度分别提高10.3%、15.73%;随着聚合物胶粉掺量的增加,砂浆的早期抗压强度(1 d)逐渐降低,当掺量为2%时,28 d抗压强度小幅提高;随着聚合物胶粉掺量的增加,干缩率逐渐降低。
Abstract: The effect of different kinds of polymer emulsion powder and dosage on sulpho-aluminate cement mortar under the condition of the natural curing were investigated. The results show that, under the condition of natural curing, the addition of 4% polymer emulsion powder extends the initial setting time 30 min and final setting time 20 min; when mixing with 2%, the fluidity increase 11.1%, the flexural strength of 1 d and 28 d cement mortar increase 10.3%、15.73%,respectively. And the compressive strength of 28 d cement mortar has a slight increase. With increasing polymer dosage, the early strength (1 d) and day shrinkage of mortar gradually decreases.
