自流平泡沫混凝土流动性能影响研究

摘 要:泡沫混凝土因浆体密度小、黏度大、流动性较差,施工后需人工刮平作业。通过改变水灰比、外加剂,制备了A03~A05密度等级的不同流动性能的泡沫混凝土浆体,并研究了水灰比、外加剂对新拌泡沫混凝土浆体流变参数及流动性的影响。研究表明:水灰比增大,泡沫混凝土浆体极限剪切应力降低;减水剂掺量增加、促凝剂掺量降低均有利于泡沫混凝土浆体相对极限剪切应力与相对黏度的降低;增加水灰比,引入减水剂,有利于改善泡沫混凝土的流动性,实现新拌泡沫混凝土的自流平。
Abstract: Due to the low density, large viscosity and poor liquidity, foamed concrete needs to be leveled. Foamed concretes with A03~A05 and various rheological properties were prepared by changing w/c and dosages of admixtures, the effects of w/c and admixtures on the flowability and rheological parameters were studied. The results showed that the relative yield stress decreasing with the increasing w/c, decreasing relative yield stress and relative viscosity can be achieved by increasing water reducer and decreasing set-accelerator. Increasing w/c and adding water reducer are beneficial to improve the fluidity of foamed concrete. Self-flowing foamed concrete can be achieved.
