摘 要:提出了一种新型带冷弯薄壁型钢肋预制底板的叠合板,通过理论和matlab分析,对新型带冷弯薄壁型钢肋底板的叠合板受力性能进行研究。结果表明:新型带冷弯薄壁型钢肋预制底板的刚度和承载力均得到了的提高,通过这种改进措施可有效控制预应力的反拱度;按最小用钢量设计板的承载能力、自重挠度以及施工挠度等指标得到了很大的提高和控制;如果增加用钢量,且不超筋,还可以设计出更大跨度的预制板,这将有利于这种新型叠合板结构的推广应用。
Abstract: The new composite slab of precast panel with cold-formed thin-walled steel rib has proposed, through theoretical analysis and matlab program analysis, the mechanical properties of a new precast panel with cold-formed thin-walled steel rib are studied. The results show that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the new precast panel with cold-formed thin-walled steel rib have been greatly improved. This improvement effectively controls the prestressed anti arch; The bearing capacity, self weight deflection and construction deflection of the precast panel have been greatly improved after designing according to the minimum steel quantity; if the amount of steel is increased and not over reinforced, and more long-span prefabricated slab can be designed, which will be beneficial to the popularization and application of the new composite slab structure.
