摘 要:以承德金属尾矿为骨料,以水泥和粉煤灰为胶凝材料,经压制成型和蒸汽养护后,制得蒸养尾矿砖,再向其中掺入群青颜料,实现蒸养砖的仿古青色化效果,研究成果可为尾矿固废资源利用与文化建材的生产提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract: The Chengde metal tailings are used as base aggregate, cement and fly ash are used as binding material. After the process of mould pressing and steam curing, the un-burned bricks are prepared. After adding the ultramarine, the coloring of grey is obtained in the iron-tailing bricks. This study provides base data for the utilization of tailing resources and production of artificial antique building materials with a low energy consumption.
