摘 要:嵩昆路军长立交桥湿接缝处采用了聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)补偿收缩混凝土,为制备满足性能要求的混凝土,进行了PVAF对C60高性能补偿收缩混凝土工作性能、力学性能、限制膨胀率及耐久性等性能的影响规律研究。结果表明,PVAF的掺入会对混凝土工作性能产生不利影响;随着PVAF掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量呈下降趋势,当PVAF掺量为1.8 kg/m3时,混凝土力学性能不能满足设计要求;混凝土限制膨胀率随着PVAF掺量的增加而呈现降低趋势,当PVAF掺量为1.8 kg/m3时,混凝土水中14 d限制膨胀率不满足技术要求;随着PVAF掺量的增加,混凝土氯离子扩散系数和电通量呈现近似线性增加的规律;研究结果表明,PVAF掺量宜控制在1.2 kg/m3以内。
Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVAF) reinforced compensate shrinkage concrete is used in wet joint of Song Kun Road Jun Chang Interchange Bridge. In order to prepare concrete to meet the requirements of concrete performance design, the effect of PVAF on the performance of C60 high performance compensating shrinkage concrete were studied systematically, including workability, mechanical performance, limited expansion ratio and durability. The results show that PVAF has an adverse effect on the performance of concrete, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease with the increase of PVAF content, the mechanical properties of concrete can not meet the design requirements when the content of PVAF is 1.8 kg/m3, the limited expansion rate of concrete decreases with the increase of PVAF content, the limited expansion rate in concrete water for 14 days can not meet the technical requirements when the content of PVAF is 1.8 kg/m3, the chloride diffusion coefficient and electric flux of concrete increase linearly with the increase of PVAF content, the content of PVAF should be controlled within 1.2 kg/m3.
