摘 要:通过双面剪切试验设计了九组试验方案,以CFRP黏结长度、黏结宽度、黏贴层数三个因素为变量,根据CFRP应变、黏结应力的变化规律,研究了C30混凝土试件和碳纤维片材界面的黏结性能,以及在各级荷载作用下沿黏结长度的分布情况,分析了CFRP-混凝土界面的有效黏结长度。结果表明,随着CFRP黏结厚度、长度、宽度的增大,试件的极限荷载和应变均明显增加,但对初始剥离荷载和应变的影响不大;当继续增加荷载时,应力传递区域的长度不断加大,呈现动态变化趋势。
Abstract: According to the changing rule of the CFRP strain and bond stress, 9 groups of schemes were designed by taking CFRP bond length, bond width and paste layer as the variables through double-sided shear test to explore bond properties of the C30 concrete specimen and carbon fiber sheet interface. Meanwhile, the effective bond length of CFRP-concrete interface was analyzed by observing the distribution of the bond length under load at all levels. The results show that the ultimate load and strain of the specimen increase obviously with the increase of the thickness, length and width of CFRP, but it has little effect on the initial peeling load and strain. As the load continues to increase, the length of the stress transfer area also increases and shows a dynamic trend.
