摘 要:采用废旧混凝土经破碎、筛分而成的粒径小于2.36 mm的再生细骨料制备泡沫混凝土,通过单因素试验探究水灰比、减水剂掺量及聚丙烯纤维掺量对其吸水率与干缩特性的影响规律。结果表明,再生泡沫混凝土的吸水率随水灰比的增大而增大,随减水剂掺量的增大而显著减小,水灰比0.76与减水剂掺量0.3%对应的吸水率最小,纤维掺量并不显著影响吸水率特性;再生泡沫混凝土的干缩值随减水剂掺量、纤维掺量的增大而显著减小,减水剂掺量0.2%与纤维掺量0.2%对应的干缩值最小,水灰比并不显著影响干缩特性。
Abstract: The recycled fine aggregate with particle size less than 2.36 mm by crushing and sieving of waste concrete was used to prepare foamed concrete, and the influence of water cement ratio, water reducer dosage and polypropylene fiber content on water absorption and drying shrinkage characteristics was studied through single factor experiment. The results show that the water absorption of recycled foamed concrete increases with the increase of water cement ratio, decreases significantly with the increase of the amount of water reducing agent, the water absorption is the smallest when water cement ratio is 0.76 and the dosage of water reducer dosage is 0.3%, the fiber content does not significantly affect the water absorption property. The dry shrinkage value of the recycled foam concrete decreases significantly with the increase of water reducer dosage and fiber content, which is the smallest when the water reducer dosage is 0.2% and fiber content is 0.2%. The water cement ratio does not significantly affect the shrinkage characteristics.
