摘 要:关于合成纤维的众多标准中,对纤维的耐碱测试结果一般以强力保留率为准,但强度保留率也是评价合成纤维的一个重要指标。为了对比分析强力保留率和强度保留率,选取了聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯两种合成纤维进行长期高温耐碱试验,测试不同浸泡时间后两种合成纤维的直径和力学性能,分别分析纤维溶胀性、强力和强度的变化。试验结果表明,碱溶液浸泡后合成纤维强力变化不明显,而直径随时间的延长逐渐增加,溶胀性能变大,强度逐渐减小,纤维的耐碱性能下降。因此,现行标准GB/T 21120—2007《水泥混凝土和砂浆用合成纤维》中用强力保留率表征合成纤维的耐碱性能存在不合理之处,标准中并没有考虑纤维直径的变化,而强度保留率却能随直径的变化而变化,相对而言,用强度保留率反映合成纤维的耐碱性能更加合理。
Abstract: In many standards for synthetic fibers, the alkali resistance test results for fibers are generally based on strong retention rate, but strength retention rate is also an important indicator for evaluating synthetic fibers. In order to compare the strong retention rate with the strength retention rate, the long-term high temperature and alkali resistance experiment of polyvinyl alcohol and polypropylene synthetic fibers are carried out to test the diameter and mechanical properties of the fibers after different soaking time. The results show that the strength change of the synthetic fibers after soaking in the alkaline solution was not obvious, but the diameter gradually increases with time, the swelling performance increases, and the strength and the alkali resistance of the fibers is decreased. Therefore, the current standard GB/T 21120—2007 "synthetic fibers for cement concrete and mortar" in the use of strong retention rate to characterize the alkali resistance of synthetic fibers is unreasonable, the standard does not consider the change in fiber diameter, but the strength retention rate can change with the change of diameter. Relatively speaking, it is more reasonable to reflect the alkali resistance of synthetic fiber by the strength retention rate.
