摘 要:利用Frattini试验法、石灰吸收法、电导率法和活性指数法研究了四种不同细度高炉渣超细粉的火山灰活性。结果表明,四种方法均可反映不同细度高炉渣超细粉火山灰活性的高低。其中石灰吸收法和电导率法存在一定缺陷,仅限实验室使用;Frattini试验法可以定量火山灰反应中氧化钙的消耗量;活性指数法则可直接体现水泥胶砂强度变化情况。可见,Frattini试验法和活性指数法可靠性较高,是评价高炉渣超细粉火山灰活性的重要手段。
Abstract: The blast furnace slag superfine powder with high pozzolanic activity is high quality cement admixture and concrete mineral additive. The pozzolanic activity of blast furnace slag superfine powder with different fineness is assessed by frattini test, lime consumption test, electrical conductivity test and strength activity index. The results show that all the four methods could characterize pozzolanic activity of blast furnace slag superfine powder. However, the lime consumption test and electrical conductivity test have the defects and are restricted in laboratory. The Frattini test could measure the amount of calcium hydroxide consumed in the pozzolanic reaction. The strength activity index method could directly reflect the change in the strength of cement mortar. Therefore, the Frattini test method and the strength activity index method have the higher reliability compared with lime consumption test and electrical conductivity test and are important for evaluating the pozzolanic activity of blast furnace slag superfine powder.
