碳纤维-石墨导电混凝土力学性能及受弯机敏性研究

摘 要:为研究导电混凝土受弯过程的机敏性,在混凝土中掺入碳纤维和石墨来改善其力学及机敏性能,试验研究了掺碳纤维和石墨导电混凝土的力学性能,建立了导电混凝土在受弯过程中荷载-挠度-电阻变化率的关系。在导电混凝土中适量用石墨代替碳纤维,可在不影响其力学性能的同时提高导电混凝土机敏性,对石墨-碳纤维导电混凝土挠度-电阻变化率进行拟合,得到挠度与电阻变化率关系的经验公式,且相关性较好。
Abstract: In order to study the conductive concrete alertness bending process, graphite and carbon fiber were added to concrete to improve the mechanical and electrical properties. Experimental study on mechanical properties of graphite and carbon fiber electrically conductive concrete is carried out, and the load-deflection-resistivity change relationships of conductive concrete in the flexural load process are established. The results show that the right amount of incorporated graphite instead of carbon fiber in the conductive concrete can increase the alertness of conductive concrete without affecting its mechanical properties. The empirical formula of the relationship between the deflection and the rate of change of resistance of the graphite-carbon fiber conductive concrete is obtained, and the correlation is good.
