内掺硅树脂对水泥基材料湿度扩散和干缩性能的影响

摘 要:水泥基材料的湿度扩散和干缩性能是影响其耐久性的重要方面。本文研究了高交联硅树脂乳液对水泥基材料湿度扩散和干缩性能的影响。高交联硅树脂乳液以辛基三甲氧基硅与丙基三甲氧基硅烷两种单体为原料,通过乳液聚合的方式制成。结果表明,水泥基材料的失水量随着环境相对湿度的降低而增大,由于掺加的硅树脂乳液阻止了水泥基材料水化进程,能够有效控制水泥基材料的早期收缩,使得掺加硅树脂乳液的砂浆试块的收缩量小于未处理的砂浆试块。随着硅树脂乳液掺量的增加,砂浆试块前期的干缩量减小,但干燥龄期越长,硅树脂乳液的干缩影响越小。
Abstract: The performances of humidity diffusion and shrinkage of cement-based materials are important aspects of the durability of concrete. The effects of highly crosslinked resin emulsion on shrinkage and the humidity diffusion of cement-based materials were studied. Two monomers octyl trimethoxy silane and propyl trimethoxy silane were made into highly crosslinked resin emulsion via emulsion polymerization synthesis method. The results showed that the amount of water loss of cement-based materials increased with the decrease of relative humidity. Silicone resin emulsion prevents the hydration process of cement-based materials, which controlled the early shrinkage of the cement-based materials effectively, so that the shrinkage of mortar test block with silicone resin emulsion is smaller than that of untreated mortar. With the increase of the silicon resin emulsion admixture, mortar initial shrinkage reduced, meanwhile, the longer specimen drying, the smaller the dry shrinkage of the silicone emulsion.
