采用CFRP增强PHC管桩截桩端部抗剪承载力的研究

摘 要:分析了工程截桩现象对管桩截桩端部截面抗剪承载力的影响,提出了在截桩端部围裹粘贴CFRP的增强措施,分析了受围裹约束的管桩混凝土强度的提高机理,给出了适用于工程的抗剪承载力计算公式,并结合常用桩型试算验证了截桩端部抗剪承载力的提高效果。结果表明,对于几种常用规格的PHC管桩,当剪跨比介于1.0~3.0之间时,截桩造成截桩端部抗剪承载力的损失率约在25%~37%之间,应采取专门加固措施,而采用单层CFRP围裹加固后的截桩端部抗剪承载力提高幅度可达到43.4%~100%,加固效果良好。
Abstract: The effect of the loss of cutting pile on the shear capacity of cutting pile end section is discussed. A strengthening measure that the end of cutting PHC pile wrapped by CFRP is put forward and the improve mechanism of the pile end is analyzed. The formulation of bearing capacity calculation is proposed, and the improve effect of shear bearing capacity of the pile end is verified.The results show that for several commonly specifications of PHC pile, when is 1.0~3.0,the loss of shear bearing capacity due to cutting pile is about 25%~37%, so the pile end should take the strengthen measure. However, the shear bearing capacity of the pile end is wrapped by the single layer CFRP can be increase 43.4%~100%.
