节能降耗新型预制钢筋混凝土沟盖板技术

摘 要:针对传统混凝土沟盖板的不足,优化设计了新型节能环保型预制钢筋混凝土沟盖板。填浆缝的制作更好地保证了产品的质量、缩短了安装工期;将吊环结构改成侧面吊孔结构,有效节约了材料和人工;去掉了主钢筋端部的弯勾结构,通过骨架焊接、提高混凝土强度,保证了混凝土对钢筋的握裹力,弥补了弯勾筋所起的作用;在保证盖板长度、厚度不变的前提下,将宽度加大,大大提高了生产效率,节约了生产造价;叠加式生产工艺可以节约场地并减少吊装或搬运的工作量,便于形成规模化生产,从而提高了经济效益。
Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional concrete trench cover, the new energy-saving environmental protection precast reinforced concrete ditch cover plateis are designed and optimizated. The filling slurry seam is added to better ensure the quality of the product and shorten the installation time limit.The suspension loop structure is changed to the lateral hanging hole structure to save materials and labour. Removing the curved hook structure of main reinforcement and welding frame as well as improving the strength of concrete to effectively guarantee the bond stress of reinforcement bar for concrete to make up for the role of the curved hook. In the premise of guarantee the length and thickness of trench cover unchanged, the width of trench cover is increased to greatly improve the production efficiency and save production cost.Superposition type production process can save space and reduce the workload of lifting or handling to improve the economic benefit.
