PVA纤维改性磷酸盐水泥材料的研究

摘 要:为了探究PVA纤维对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响,制备了不同掺量PVA纤维复合MPC,测试其抗压、抗折强度、弯曲性能,并用X射线三维重构显微镜(XCT)分析了微观结构。研究结果表明,PVA纤维的加入对磷酸镁水泥抗折性能有显著的提高,但是对抗压强度影响不大;PVA纤维的加入对于弯曲性能有较好的改善,延性显著提高,显示出明显的弯曲硬化特点,可以有效改善磷酸镁水泥的脆性破坏特征。微观分析发现,PVA纤维在基体中成均匀乱向分散,有利于阻止裂缝的发展。
Abstract: In order to study the effects of PVA fiber on properties of MPC, composite MPC with different dosage of PVA fiber was prepared to test the compressive strength, flexural strength, flexural properties, and the microstructure was analyzed by using XCT. The results showed that the addition of PVA fiber has a significant improvement on the flexural strength of MPC, but it has little effect on the strength of resistance. The addition of PVA fiber has a good improvement in flexural properties, and the ductility is significantly improved, which shows obvious bending hardening characteristics and can effectively improve the brittle failure characteristics of MPC. The microscopic analysis show that the PVA fiber is evenly distributed in uniform chaos, which can prevent the development of cracks.
