不同掺入率混杂钢纤维对再生混凝土性能的影响

摘 要:利用粉煤灰、废弃混凝土再生粗骨料分别代替部分水泥及部分天然粗骨料,拌制基准组再生混凝土,并对基准组再生混凝土改变混杂钢纤维掺入率,分析了其流动性及力学性能。试验结果表明,随着混杂钢纤维掺入率的增加,混凝土的流动性急剧降低,但对混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量均有不同程度的增强作用,尤以改善混凝土劈拉、抗折强度最为显著,并且随着混杂钢纤维掺入率的增加,增强作用更加明显。
Abstract: Fly ash, waste concrete recycled coarse aggregate were used to replace part of cement and the natural coarse aggregate, the reference group of recycled concrete were mixed and the incorporation of hybrid steel fiber was changed on the basic of reference group, its fluidity and mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing incorporation of hybrid steel fiber, the liquidity of concrete reduced drastically, but there are different degrees of increase on concrete compressive strength and elastic modulus, especially in improving the concrete splitting tensile, flexural strength, and with the increase of hybrid steel fiber incorporation rate, this enhancement is more pronounced.
