摘要：结合实际生产，分析了蒸压无石棉纤维水泥板生产过程中鼓泡分层现象的原因，并结合实际生产，从提高坯料黏结力（优化原材料加工处理、回水回料控制、外加剂的应用、板材的压制工艺、优化预养、蒸养制度等）和优化养护制度出发，提出了相应的解决措施，以期为蒸压无石棉纤维水泥板的生产提供参考借鉴。 Abstract: Based on the actual production, the causes of the bubble and layering phenomenon in the production process of autoclaved asbestos-free fiber cement board were analyzed, and in combination with the actual production, in order to improve the bonding strength of the blank (optimize the processing and treatment of raw materials, return water and return material) Control, application of additives, pressing process, optimization of pre curing, steam curing system, etc.) and optimization of curing system, the corresponding solutions are put forward in order to provide a reference for the production of steam pressed asbestos-free fiber cement board.

摘要：结合预制混凝土箱涵的设计理论和施工方法，深入分析了现有预制混凝土箱涵结构力学简化计算方法、有限元数值模拟分析方法。系统论述了现浇法、直接顶进工法和管幕-箱涵法的研究概况、进展及其优势进行了系统地论述与总结。并在此基础上，提出了研究中存在的关键技术和具体问题，探讨了预制混凝土箱涵结构的发展前景及趋势。 Abstract: According to the design theory and construction method of underground precast concrete box culvert, two structural calculation methods, simplified calculation of structural mechanics and finite element numerical simulation, and several kinds of construction methods of box culvert are discussed, including cast-in-place method, jacking method and pipe-curtain-box culvert method et al. Combined with existing research, the research status and hot spots at home and abroad are analyzed systematically, summary have also been given in this paper. On this basis, some problems existing in the research are put forward, and the development prospect of underground box culvert is forecasted.
