磨细钼尾矿粉用作混凝土掺合料的性能研究

摘 要:在对不同钼尾矿粉的需水量比及活性测试的基础上,研究了钼尾矿粉对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性的影响。结果表明,当钼尾矿粉比表面积为547m2/kg时性能最好。在混凝土中替代水泥量不大于10%的条件下,可以改善混凝土工作性,提高混凝土的强度,同时不影响混凝土的抗碳化、抗冻融性能。但随着磨细钼尾矿替代量的继续增加,混凝土的各项性能明显变差。
Abstract: Based on the test of water demand and activity of different molybdenum tailings powder, the effect of molybdenum tailings powder on the concrete property, mechanical properties and durability were studied. The result showed that, the performance of molybdenum tailing was best when its surface area is 547m2/kg. When the cement substitution quantity by molybdenum tailing power is less than 10%, the concrete compressive strength and workability can be improved. Meanwhile, it has no effect on anti-carbonization nor capability frost-resistance. The properties of concrete decrease as the additional quantity keep increasing.
