顶管法施工对土体影响的理论分析与数值计算

摘 要:为探讨顶管法施工时造成的土体扰动,以合肥市某顶管工程为背景,运用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对施工时的地层应力场、位移场及地表隆沉的变化过程和分布规律进行了研究并对地表位移进行了监测。结果表明,顶管施工时管道周围一定范围内的土体会受到扰动,管道底部、腰部分别出现最大竖向拉应力、最大竖向压应力;管道上方的土体扰动区域大于下方土体,管道底部和顶部位置土体分别出现最大隆起和最大沉降,随着管道的顶进隆起值减小而沉降值增大,管道轴线远处土体的位移基本为零;地表隆沉曲线以管道轴线为对称轴近似正态分布,在掌子面前方地层表现为隆起而后方为沉降状态。
Abstract:In order to investigate the soil disturbance caused by the pipe jacking construction, the soil stress-displacement field and surface deformation during construction were studied with theoretical and numerical simulation methods based on a pipe-jacking project in Hefei and the surface displacement was monitored. The results show that the soil is disturbed in a certain range around the pipe while the pipe jacking, the maximum vertical tensile stress and the maximum vertical compressive stress are in the bottom and the middle of the pipe respectively; the disturbance area above the pipe is bigger than that of the below. The maximum uplift an settlement are in the top and the bottom respectively, the upheaval decreases while the settlement increases with the pipe jacking, the displacement of soil far from the pipe axis is about zero; the surface deformation curves is approximate a normal distribution whose symmetry axis is the axis of the pipe, the soil layer uplifts in front of tunnel face, then settles behind it.
