C60超高层泵送混凝土配合比设计

摘 要:将优质山砂与机制砂混合,采用Ⅱ级粉煤灰及S95Ⅱ级磨细矿粉作为矿物掺合料配制C60高性能泵送混凝土。从混凝土的原材料选择、和易性、经时损失、压力泌水和抗压强度等方面进行研究,通过配合比优化设计,配制出了C60超高层泵送混凝土。这不仅解决了高强度等级混凝土粘度与可泵性相矛盾的问题,而且解决了扩展度与粘度的经时损失尤其是泵送损失问题。阐述了C60超高层泵送混凝土的配制关键技术,成功将C60混凝土一次泵送至430m高度。同时,提出了高强度等级超高层泵送混凝土可泵性评价的关键技术指标,可供有关技术人员参考。
Abstract: High quality hill sand and mechanical sand are mixed, C60 high performance pumping concrete is prepared by using grade II fly ash and grade S95 II levigating slag as mineral admixtures. Fly ash and slag double dosage technology are used to prepare C60 high strength and high performance concrete. Studying from the concrete raw material selection, workability, the loss, pressure bleeding, compressive strength and so on, C60 super high-rise pumping concrete is prepared by the optimization design of mixture ratio. This can not only solve the contradiction between viscosity and pumpability, but also solve the time loss problems of extension degree and viscosity, especially the pumping loss. The key technology of C60 super high-rise pumping concrete preparation is presented, pumping C60 concrete to a height of 430m. The key technical indexes of high strength and super-rise pumping concrete pumpability evaluation is put forward, which is available for related technicians.
