混合配置GFRP筋与钢筋的圆形截面混凝土受弯构件承载力计算

摘 要:根据钢筋和GFRP筋的本构模型,提出钢筋和GFRP筋混合配置的圆形截面混凝土构件正截面受弯承载力计算基本假定和截面受力平衡条件,并推导出了GFRP筋和钢筋混合配筋混凝土适筋梁正截面受弯承载力建议计算公式。通过与现有规范、规程相对比验证,得出建议公式可作为配置纯GFRP筋或钢筋的圆截面混凝土构件的设计公式。此外,对5组GFRP筋混凝土梁和2组混合配筋混凝土梁进行了静力抗弯试验,试验结果表明,纯配与混配构件的正截面受弯承载力建议公式计算值与试验实测值相比都有一定的安全储备,承载力系数在1.59~2.43之间,证明了建议公式的合理性,可供工程设计参考。
Abstract:On the base of the constitutive model for GFRP and rebars, a basic hypothesis and static equilibrium condition of the flexural capacity calculation on the circular cross section of concrete members with hybrid reinforcement of GFRP bars and rebars are put forward.Furthermore,one corresponding formula has been inferred and proposed based on this hypothesis.Compared with current standard and specification,one design equation for configuring circular cross section of concrete members reinforced with GFRP bars or rebars is verified.The static flexural tests for 5 GFRP-reinforced concrete beam and 2 hybrid GFRP concrete beamd are carried out. And the experimental results indicate that there is an adequate security of reserves existing between the results derived from suggested equations and laboratory tests.The safety factor,in the range of 1.59~2.43, firmly demonstrates the reasonableness of that suggested equation,which can serve as a reference for engineering design.
