摘 要:为了研究不同纤维对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)力学性能和抗冲磨性能的影响,分别在UHPC中掺入不同体积分数的钢纤维和 PVA纤维,进行了抗压、抗拉及抗冲磨试验。结果表明,钢纤维对UHPC抗压性能的提升效果优于PVA纤维;钢纤维与PVA纤维均能显著提升UHPC的抗拉性能;PVA纤维对UHPC抗冲磨性能的提升效果优于钢纤维。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of different fibers on the mechanical properties and impact wear resistance of Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), different volume fractions of steel fiber and PVA fiber were mixed in UHPC to carry out compression, tensile and impact wear resistance tests. The results show that the effect of steel fiber on UHPC compression performance is better than PVA fiber. Steel fiber and PVA fiber can significantly improve the tensile properties of UHPC. The effect of PVA fiber on UHPC impact wear resistance is better than steel fiber.

为了提高盾构隧道内预埋件的防腐抗渗能力,结合实际工程,考虑选材、几何形状等因素,设计了预埋陶瓷螺母,并预埋在管片混凝土结构层中,与传统C型预埋槽道进行了对比分析,其力学性能和使用功能能满足设计要求,经济性上也存在较大优势。 Abstract: In order to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage ability of shield tunnel, combined with the actual project, considering the factors of material selection and geometry, the embedded ceramic nuts are designed and embedded in the segment concrete structure layer. Compared with the traditional C-type embedded channel, the mechanical properties and use functions of the embedded channel can meet the design requirements, and there are also greater advantages in economy.

摘 要:从碱骨料反应的定义、分类、条件、机理、预防措施等方面介绍了碱骨料反应的原理。利用白云岩制作了两组胶砂试件,一组试件胶材采用纯水泥,另一组掺入10%的硅灰等量替代水泥,并在水泥标准养护箱中养护24 h,脱模后在常温蒸汽中养护6 h,再到高温蒸压养护8 h。通过骨料碱活性试验方法中的评定方式对结果进行评定。试验结果表明,碱骨料反应在高温环境下可快速发生,且硅灰掺入量为10%时,能够有效抑制碱骨料反应。 Abstract: The definition and classification of alkali aggregate reaction, reaction conditions, mechanism and preventive measures were introduced. Two groups of mortar specimens were made from dolomite. One group was made of pure cement. The other group was mixed with 10% silica fume to replace cement. The cement was maintained in standard curing box for 24 h. After demoulding, it was maintained in normal temperature steam for 6 h, and then in high temperature steam for 8 h. The results were evaluated by the evaluation method of the alkali activity test of aggregate. The results show that the alkali aggregate reaction can occur quickly under high temperature and the alkali aggregate reaction can be effectively inhibited by adding 10% silica fume.

摘 要:通过掺加粉煤灰、矿粉、磨细石英砂等矿物掺合料制备了不同强度等级的混凝土,研究了矿物掺合料掺量、种类以及水灰比、混凝土内部不同深度对混凝土内部碱度的影响,并对比分析了不同矿物掺合料混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。研究结果表明,适量的矿物掺合料不仅可节约水泥,优化混凝土结构,提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,同时对混凝土内部碱度影响较小。混凝土内部碱度分布基本均匀,不同深度的孔溶液中pH值基本一致;且混凝土的水灰比对其碱度几乎没有影响。 Abstract: The concrete with different strength grades was prepared by adding mineral admixtures such as fly ash, slag and ground quartz sand. The effects of mineral admixture content and type, W/C and different depth of concrete on the internal alkalinity of concrete were studied. The sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete with different mineral admixtures was compared. The results show that appropriate mineral admixtures can not only save cement, optimize concrete structure and improve the sulfate resistance of concrete, but also have little influence on the internal alkalinity of concrete. The alkalinity distribution in concrete is basically uniform, and the pH value in pore solution of different depths is basically the same, and the water cement ratio in concrete has little effect on its alkalinity.

摘 要:机制砂作为天然砂替代品,在颗粒形貌、石粉含量等质量指标上均不同于天然砂,因此,导致混凝土性能存在差异。本文在分析国内外标准规范的基础上,研究了不同规范中机制砂的定义及质量指标,叙述了机制砂质量指标对混凝土性能的影响,进而为机制砂的工程应用提出建议。 As a substitute for natural sand, manufactured sand is different from natural sand in quality indexes such as particle morphology and stone powder content, which will lead to differences in concrete performance. Based on the analysis of standards and specifications at home and abroad, the definition and quality index of manufactured sand in different specifications are studied. The influence of quality index of manufactured sand on performance of concrete is summarized, and some suggestion for engineering applications of manufactured sand are put forward.

摘 要:采用电石渣对Ⅲ级粉煤灰进行增钙煅烧改性,利用XRD对改性Ⅲ级粉煤灰的矿物组成进行分析,测定了掺入改性Ⅲ级粉煤灰的C30混凝土的抗压强度和自收缩,并采用BSEM和纳米压痕仪分析了改性Ⅲ级粉煤灰与水泥浆体的微界面结构及微界面力学性能。结果表明:Ⅲ级粉煤灰经增钙煅烧改性后生成了水硬性矿物β-C2S,水化可生成C-S-H凝胶,改善了Ⅲ级粉煤灰颗粒与水泥浆体的微界面区结构,提高了微界面区的弹性模量和硬度,从而提高了掺Ⅲ级粉煤灰混凝土的强度,并降低了其自收缩。 Abstract: The grade Ⅲ fly ash was modified through calcination method by mixing carbide slag, the mineral compositions of the modified grade Ⅲ fly ash were characterized by XRD. The effects of modified grade Ⅲ fly ash on compressive strength and autogenous shrinkage of C30 concrete were investigated. The microstructure and mechanical properties of micro-interface between modified grade Ⅲ fly ash and cement paste were analyzed by using backscattered electron microscopy (BSEM) and nanoindentation technique. The results show that the β-C2S phases are formed after the grade Ⅲ fly ash was modified. Due to the hydration of the β-C2S, C-S-H gel is generated, the microstructure of micro-interface between grade Ⅲ fly ash and cement paste is densified, the nanoindentation modulus and hardness of micro-interface are improved. Therefore, the compressive strengths of concrete containing grade Ⅲ fly ash are increased, and the autogenous shrinkages of concrete are decreased.

摘 要:分析了纳米CaCO3掺入量、盐碱浓度等因素对混凝土在盐碱-干湿循环后的强度及耐久性的影响,通过150次的干湿循环,研究了混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量等耐久性指标随干湿循环的变化规律。试验结果表明,掺入1%的纳米CaCO3可以使28d混凝土试件获得较高的抗压强度,盐碱-干湿循环条件下2%掺量的纳米CaCO3混凝土试件强度下降最低。纳米CaCO3对混凝土干湿循环中后期的耐久性有明显的提高作用,其最佳掺量为2%,掺量超过2%后则会造成耐久性指标的下降。盐碱浓度对纳米混凝土耐久性的影响随干湿循环次数的增加而增大,且相对动弹模量较质量损失率指标更易受盐碱浓度的影响。Abstract:Thestrengthanddurabilityofconcreteaftersaline-alkali-dry-wetcyclewereanalyzedaroundthefactorssuchasnano-CaCO3contentandsaline-alkaliconcentration.Throughthemaximum150cyclesofdry-wetcycle,thechangingrulesofdurabilityindexessuchascompressivestrength,corrosionresistancecoefficient,masslossrateandrelativedynamicelasticmodulusofconcretewithdry-wetcyclewerestudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat1%nano-CaCO3canincreasethecompressivestrengthof28dconcretespecimens,and2%nano-CaCO3canreducethestrengthdecreaseofconcretespecimensatthelowestlevelundersaline-alkali-dry-wetcyclingconditions.Thedurabilityofconcretecouldbeimprovedbynano-CaCO3inthemiddleandlatestageofdry-wetcycle,andtheoptimumcontentofnano-CaCO3is2%.Asthecontentofnano-CaCO3exceeds2%,thedurabilityindexwilldecrease.Theinfluenceofsaline-alkaliconcentrationonthedurabilityofnano-concreteincreaseswiththegrowthofwet-drycyclesandtherelativedynamicmodulusofelasticityismoresensitivetotheinfluenceofsaline-alkaliconcentrationthanthemasslossrateindex.

摘 要:利用电化学测试技术研究了乙醇胺(ETA)、四正丁基溴化胺(TBA)和氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)三种阳离子型阻锈剂在不同NaCl浓度的混凝土模拟孔溶液中对钢筋的防腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:在低浓度的NaCl模拟体系中,阻锈剂对钢筋的腐蚀防护效果较好;结合动电位极化测试和交流阻抗谱测试结果得出,CPC阻锈剂属于混合型阻锈剂,通过在钢筋表面吸附成膜抑制腐蚀过程,CPC对钢筋的防腐蚀效果更佳。 Abstract: In the present work, the performance of several cationic corrosion inhibitors were studied by the electrochemical techniques in simulated corrosion solution containing different concentrations of NaCl. Results show that the inhibitors demonstrate obvious efficiency in the low concentration NaCl solution. Combined with potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the chlorine pyridine (CPC) show good performance in corrosion protection. CPC is a mixed type inhibitor, which can restrain corrosion process by the quick adsorption of active component on steel surface.

摘 要:针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)胶凝材料用量大、非绿色化、成本高、自收缩大等问题,通过引入5~10 mm粒径的粗骨料,采用普通河砂代替石英砂,并优化钢纤维体积掺量,成功制备出了经济环境效益良好、性能优良的含粗骨料超高性能混凝土(UHPC-CA)。研究了粗骨料掺量对UHPC-CA工作性和力学性能的影响,并与UHPC性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,UHPC-CA的流动性能相比UHPC有所降低,粗骨料掺量为675 kg/m3的UHPC-CA能保持良好流动性能,但随着粗骨料掺量的增加,流动性降低的十分明显;UHPC-CA抗压强度、抗折强度低于UHPC,弹性模量则高于UHPC,不同粗骨料掺量UHPC-CA力学性能变化并不明显;UHPC-CA抗氯离子渗透性能和抗冻性能表现良好,但是不如UHPC优异;掺入粗骨料能够改善UHPC-CA的自收缩性能,相比UHPC,其早期自收缩率明显降低。 Abstract: Regarding to the problem that the ultra high performance concrete(UHPC) needs a large amount of cementing material, non-greening, high cost and has a high self-shrinkage, the ultra high performance concrete with coarse aggregate(UHPC-CA) with good economical and environmental performance and excellent performance was successfully prepared with coarse aggregate of 5~10 mm particle size, ordinary river sand and optimized amount of steel fiber. The effect of coarse aggregate content on the working performance and mechanical properties of UHPC-CA was studied, and all the performance of UHPC-CA while compared with UHPC were analyzed. The results show that the flow performance of UHPC-CA is lower than that of UHPC and with the increase of coarse aggregate content from 675 kg/m3 to 825 kg/m3, the fluidity is obviously reduced. The compressive strength and anti-folding strength of UHPC-CA are lower than UHPC, however, the elastic modulus is higher than that of UHPC. The change of the mechanical properties of UHPC-CA with different coarse aggregates content is not obvious. UHPC-CA has good performance against chloride ion permeation and good antifreeze performance, but both not as good as that of UHPC. The coarse aggregate can improve the self-shrinkage performance of UHPC-CA and its early self-shrinkage rate is significantly lower than that of UHPC.
