滨海盐渍土输电线路用C60桩基混凝土示范工程简介

摘 要:在福建某滨海输电线路中开展了抗滨海盐渍土侵蚀的C60桩基混凝土工程示范研究。通过工程示范,检验了C60混凝土的施工性和抗裂性;并在其中埋设了耐久性传感器,用于长期环境作用下的混凝土劣化监测。通过示范工程发现,输电线路基础作业环境差,施工与管理水平相对落后。综合考虑电力施工特点和结构耐久性要求,建议以60d或90d龄期时达到C60混凝土抗压强度及规定的渗透性要求为宜;同时建议对地表上下桩基,特别是接桩处,必须进行防腐设计并规定施工要求。
Abstract: A mock-up test for C60 high performance pile concrete with high resistance to saline attack is completed in Fujian province and the properties of concrete are tested. The further durability of concrete is being monitored using embedded durability sensors at the field. The demonstration project shows that the environment of transmission line foundation work is poor, and the construction management level is relatively backward. So modifications are needed to formulate for the design of durable concrete structures near the ground as well as the corresponding construction management.
