不同养护条件下钢纤维掺量对RPC强度的影响

摘 要:为了研究钢纤维含量和养护条件对活性粉末混凝土强度的影响规律,进行了五种钢纤维体积掺量和标准、高温、自然三种养护条件下的活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验。试验结果表明,随着钢纤维体积含量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度有一定的增强,当钢纤维体积含量大于3.5%时,其抗压强度不再增加;随着钢纤维体积含量的增加,劈裂抗拉强度在钢纤维含量小于2%情况下,增长较明显,其中标准养护下的劈裂抗拉强度的增幅为12.5%,高温养护下的劈裂抗拉强度增加了1.14倍,而自然养护下的劈裂抗拉强度的增幅为22.7%。当钢纤维体积含量超过2%,其劈裂强度几乎保持不变,强度值为10.8MPa。高温养护条件有利于活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度的增强,但对劈裂抗拉强度影响不大。
Abstract: In order to research the steel fiber content and curing conditions on the influence law of reactive powder concrete strength, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of reactive powder concrete are tested under the condition of the five kinds of steel fiber volume content and the three kinds of curing conditions (standard curing, high temperature curing and nature curing). The test results show that with the increase of steel fiber volume content, the compressive strength of concrete increases to a certain extent, when steel fiber volume content is more than 3.5%, the compressive strength no longer increases; with the increase of steel fiber volume content, the growth of tensile splitting strength is obvious under the condition of steel fiber content is less than 2%, which splitting tensile strength of concrete increases 12.5% under the standard curing, splitting tensile strength of concrete increases 1.14 times under the high temperature curing and splitting tensile strength of concrete increases 22.7%. under the natural curing When steel fiber volume content is more than 2%, the cleavage strength is almost unchanged, and it’s 10.8MPa. High temperature curing is advantageous to enhance the compressive strength of reactive powder concrete, but little impact on the splitting tensile strength.
