聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土强度及耐磨性的影响

摘 要:通过聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的力学性能试验,研究了不同含量、不同长度的单丝聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土抗压强度的影响,针对道面混凝土性能要求,应用公路耐磨试验方法,进行了素混凝土和纤维混凝土的对比试验,研究了不同含量、不同长度的纤维的作用机理。结果表明,6mm、12mm的聚丙烯腈纤维能大幅提高混凝土的抗压强度;19mm的聚丙烯腈纤维在一定掺量以上时对混凝土强度存在一定抑制作用。不同长度掺量的聚丙烯腈纤维对耐磨性的影响规律不同且对混凝土的28d和56d耐磨性影响规律差异明显。
Abstract: The mechanical experiments of polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete are carried out to study the influence of different length and content of polyacrylonitrile monofilament fiber on compressive strength. And based on requirements of road pavement concrete, the comparative tests of plain concrete and fiber reinforced concrete are also carried out to the mechanism of polyacrylonitrile fibers with different content and length by using road abrasion testing method. The results show that 6mm and 12mm of polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete; 19mm polyacrylonitrile fiber has some inhibitory effect on compressive strength of concrete when above a certain content. Different length and content of fibers have different influences on wear resistance; the influence of polyacrylonitrile fiber on 28d and 56d wear resistance of concrete are significantly different.
