摘 要:通过不同骨料砂浆干缩性能对比试验,研究了废陶瓷再生骨料对砂浆干缩性能的影响规律。采用正交试验,研究了废陶瓷再生粗砂取代率、粉煤灰取代率和水胶比对废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆干缩性能的影响规律。结果表明,废陶瓷再生骨料有利于降低砂浆的干缩。废陶瓷再生粗砂取代率是影响废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆干缩的主要因素。粉煤灰取代率在7d以前对砂浆干缩的影响较大,7d以后影响变小,粉煤灰取代率为10%时对废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆干缩影响最大。 Abstract: Influence of recycled ceramic aggregates on drying shrinkage of mortar was researched by comparison test on drying shrinkage of mortar with different aggregates. Based on orthogonal trial, the factors influencing the drying shrinkage of mortar, such as the recycled ceramic coarse sand replacement ratio, the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio, were investigated. The results indicate that the recycled ceramic aggregates can reduce dry shrinkage effectively. The recycled ceramic coarse sand replacement ratio is a major factor influencing drying shrinkage of mortar. The fly ash replacement ratio has greater influences on the drying shrinkage of mortar at early stage(≤7d), and the influence becomes smaller after 7d. And it has the most important influence on the drying shrinkage of mortar when the fly ash replacement ratio is 10%.

(1)相同条件下,废陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆的干缩性能优于天然中砂砂浆。废陶瓷再生骨料的高吸水率、粒形和表面形态优势以及低表观密度等特性对降低砂浆干缩率有利。
(2)废陶瓷再生粗砂取代率是影响砂浆干缩的主要因素,废陶瓷再生粗砂取代率的提高,有利于降低砂浆各龄期干缩率。
(3)粉煤灰取代率在7d以前对砂浆干缩的影响较大,7d以后对砂浆干缩的影响变小。粉煤灰掺量为10%时对砂浆干缩的影响最大,掺入适量粉煤灰有利于降低砂浆的干缩。
