石粉特性对砂浆性能的影响研究

摘 要:研究了石灰石粉比表面积(200~800m2/kg)、MB值对砂浆力学性能、耐久性能、孔隙率等的影响,以及花岗岩、石灰岩、砂岩、辉绿岩石粉(比表面积400m2/kg)对砂浆力学性能、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:石灰石粉比表面积增大时,砂浆总孔隙率、细毛细孔孔隙率、各个龄期收缩率呈降低趋势,对砂浆气孔及粗毛细孔孔隙率、28d抗压强度、抗冻性能基本无影响;随着石粉MB值的增大,试样的抗氯离子渗透性、抗冻性、抗干缩性呈现降低趋势,抗压强度呈现先上升后降低趋势,在石粉MB值为10左右时达到最大;掺入四种岩性石粉后,试样的力学性能及耐久性能由好至差的基本顺序为:石灰岩>辉绿岩、花岗岩>砂岩。
Abstract:The effects of specific surface area(200~800m2/kg)and MB of limestone powder on the mechanical property, durability, porosity of mortar, and the influence of granite, limestone, sandstone, diabase powder (specific surface area 400m2/kg) on the mechanical property, durability of mortar were studied. The results show that the total porosity, fine pore porosity and each age shrinkage rate of mortar show decreasing trend with the increase of the limestone powder specific surface area. However, the porosity and coarse pores porosity, compressive strength(28d), frost resistance have no change. With the increase of the MB value of limestone powder, the resistance to chloride ion permeability, frost resistance, dry shrinkage resistance show decreasing trend, and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases. When the MB value is about 10, the compressive strength reaches the maximum; when adding the four kinds of lithology powder respectively, the sequence of the better compressive strength and durability is: limestone>sandstone, granite>diabase.
