高性能膨胀剂在苏州汾湖理想城工程中的应用

摘 要:介绍了苏州汾湖理想城地下工程中,底板和侧墙采用了高性能膨胀剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土,提高了结构整体的抗裂、防水效果。经过混凝土原材料选择、配合比和限制膨胀率设计、现场施工控制和混凝土养护等一系列措施可知,使本工程中补偿收缩混凝土产生体积膨胀的膨胀源主要为氢氧化钙和钙矾石;当高性能膨胀剂掺量在35~45kg/m3时,其配制的补偿收缩混凝土的限制膨胀率可达3.0×10-4~4.5×10-4,能够有效补偿混凝土的收缩;为保证其膨胀性能的有效发挥,必须采取相应的施工控制和混凝土养护措施。
Abstract:Shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared by expansive agent, was used in slab and wall of Suzhou Fen Lake Lixiang City project, and crack-free and waterproof underground structures have been successfully built. From the practice and experiences of raw materials selection, mix design and restrainted expansion rate testing, as well as field construction control and concrete curing, etc, it was concluded that calcium hydroxide and ettringite were the main expansion source of shrinkage-compensating concrete used in the project. Addition of expansive agent was 35~45kg/m3 could generate the restrainted expansion rate in range of 3.0×10-4~4.5×10-4, effectively compensate the shrinkage of concrete. The execution of field construction control and concrete curing is critical to obtain the expansion property of expansive agent.
