摘 要:通过短切玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维网格布和三维玻璃纤维间隔连体织物三种不同维度的玻璃纤维作为增强材料,对GRC试件的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,当玻璃纤维配筋率基本相同时,采用玻璃纤维网格布作为增强材料相对于短切玻璃纤维,GRC试件的力学性能更优异。三维玻璃纤维间隔连体织物与短切玻璃纤维及玻璃纤维网格布相比,不仅可以提高GRC试件中玻璃纤维的配筋率,还可以显著提高GRC试件的力学性能,试件的LOP值、MOR值和抗冲击强度分别达到15.48 MPa、34.68 MPa和45.04kJ/m2。
Abstract:The chopped glass fiber, glass fiber mesh and 3D glass fiber spacer fabric are used as the reinforcement for GRC, and the mechanical properties of the GRC specimen are studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of GRC with glass fiber mesh are much better than that of GRC with chopped glass fiber at the same ratio of reinforcement. 3D glass fiber spacer fabric could not only improve the ratio of reinforcement, but also significantly improve the mechanical properties of GRC compared with chopped glass fiber and glass fiber mesh. The LOP, MOR and impact strength of 3D GRC specimen can reach 15.48MPa, 34.68MPa and 45.04kJ/m2.
