铁尾矿砂水泥基灌浆料实验研究

摘 要:利用铁尾矿砂替代石英砂作为骨料制备水泥基灌浆料,研究了铁尾矿砂替代率、灌浆料水灰比以及灰砂比对铁尾矿砂水泥基灌浆料工作性和力学性能的影响规律,并通过扫描电子显微镜对硬化浆体进行微观结构分析。实验结果表明:铁尾矿砂替代率越大,灌浆料工作性越差;加入适量的铁尾矿砂,可以提高灌浆料各龄期抗压强度,替代率为40%时,灌浆料性能满足标准要求。灌浆料流动度随水灰比增大而增大;水灰比为0.29时,灌浆料各龄期抗压强度达到最大值。灌浆料流动度随灰砂比的降低而降低;抗压强度则随灰砂比减小出现“钟形分布”的发展趋势,灰砂比值为0.9时,抗压强度最高。
Abstract: Iron tailings sand substituting quartz sand used as the aggregate in cement-based grouting material was studied. The effects of substitution rate of iron tailings sand, water-cement ratio and cement-sand ratio on the workability and mechanical property of the cement-based grouting material were studied. And the microscopic structure was analyzed by SEM. The experimental result shows that the larger the substitution rates of iron tailings sand, the worse the workability of grouting material. On the other hand, the right amount of iron tailings sand can improve compressive strength of grouting material for every age. When the substitution rate is 40%, the properties of grouting materials meet the standard requirements. The fluidity of grouting material increases as the water-cement ratio is increasing. The maximum compressive strength of each age is gotten when the water-cement ratio is 0.29. With decreasing of the cement-sand ratio, the fluidity of grouting material decreases. The graph trend of compressive strength is a bell-shape in the distribution curve figure when the cement-sand ratio is 0.9, the compressive strength can reach the highest value.
