龄期对再生混凝土空心砌块基本力学性能的影响

摘 要:对建筑垃圾用于建筑结构空心砌块砌体进行了研究,砌块采用再生粗骨料,再生砂浆采用再生细骨料。试验结果表明,再生混凝土空心砌块砌体随着龄期的增加,力学性能(抗压强度和抗剪强度)均有提高,抗压强度在养护后7~14d的时间内强度增长最快,而抗剪强度则是养护14~28d的时间内强度增长最快,因此,在实际工程中应该注重相应时间段的养护。
Abstract: The construction waste used in construction of hollow block masonry is studied using recycled coarse aggregate for block and using recycled fine aggregate for recycled mortar. The results show that the mechanical properties (compressive strength and shear strength) of recycled concrete hollow block masonry increase with the increase of ages, the growth rate of the compressive strength is the fastest after curing 7~14d, and the growth rate of the shear strength is the fastest after curing 14~28d, so it should pay attention on the corresponding time period of curing in the practical engineering.
