再生粗骨料品质和取代率对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响

摘 要:通过简单破碎制得Ⅱ类再生粗骨料(JP),并经过一次颗粒整形得到准Ⅰ类再生粗骨料(YK),再进行二次颗粒整形获得Ⅰ类再生粗骨料(EK)。研究再生粗骨料不同品质(JP、YK、EK)和不同取代率(φz=0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)取代天然骨料(TR)对再生混凝土的用水量和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,再生混凝土的用水量随着取代率的增大而增大;掺入不同品质的再生粗骨料对再生混凝土的抗压强度影响差别很大,当φz≥40%时,JP再生混凝土抗压强度降低幅度较大,YK再生混凝土抗压强度没有较大幅度的降低,而EK再生混凝土的抗压强度先小幅升高后降低,当φz=100%时,28d抗压强度仅降低1MPa。
Abstract: Recycled coarse aggregate of Class Ⅱ(JP) was prepared by simple crushing, and then quasi class Ⅰ recycled coarse aggregate (YK) was acquired through a particle shaping process, since then classⅠrecycled coarse aggregate (EK) was acquired through a second particle shaping process. The influence on the amount of water and compressive strength of recycled concrete of different quality and substitution rate (φz= 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) of recycled coarse aggregate (JP, YK, EK) to replace natural aggregate (TR) were studied. The results show that the amount of water of recycled concrete increases withincreasing; the incorporation of different quality of recycled coarse aggregate greatly affects the compressive strength of recycled concrete, when φz is more than 40%, the compressive strength of JP recycled concrete greatly reduces, the compressive strength of YK recycled concrete does not greatly decrease, while the compressive strength of EK recycled concrete slightly increases, and then decreases, when φz=100%, its 28d compressive strength just reduces by 1MPa.
