摘 要：研究了一种以镀铜钢纤维为导电材料的屏蔽砂浆，并分别测定了纤维掺入法和满铺法砂浆的力学性能、导电性能和电磁屏蔽效果SE（Shielding effectiveness）。研究结果表明：金属纤维能够提高砂浆力学性能和导电性能，随着纤维掺量的增加，纤维掺入法砂浆抗折强度较普通砂浆提高约14.2%～17.8%，抗压强度提高约7.3%～23.1%；镀铜钢纤维能够提高砂浆的SE，纤维掺入法最优纤维体积分数为1%，采用满铺法制作的纤维布砂浆SE在各个频段范围内均高于纤维砂浆，在200～1500MHz范围内增幅约20dB，最大SE为-51.52dB，研究结果对电磁屏蔽砂浆在民用建筑中的推广具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract：A kind of shielding mortar with copper plating metal fiber as conductive material is studied, and the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and the electrical shielding effect (SE) of shielding mortar using fiber incorporation method and full-pave method mortar respectively are measured. The results show that the metal fiber can improve mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of mortar. Compared with ordinary mortar, with the increasing of fiber content, the flexural strength of the mortar with metal fiber increases about 14.2%～17.8% and the compressive strength increases about 7.3%～23.1%. Conductive copper plating metal fiber can improve the shielding effectiveness of mortar, the optimal fiber volume fraction of fiber incorporation method is 1%, SE of the mortar using the fiber reinforced polymer mortar adopt full-pave method is higher than that of fiber mortar in each frequency range, and the increasing extent is about 20dB in the range of 200～1500MHz, the largest SE is -51.52 dB. These results have a certain guiding significance to the promotion of electromagnetic shielding mortar in civil building.
