环保节能型发光混凝土材料的研制

摘 要:采用高温烧制工艺,研究了原材料、成型温度、加热时间、发光粉掺量对氧化条件下制备发光石性能的影响。结果表明,以100目SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光粉和低熔点硼酸盐玻璃粉为原材料,发光粉掺量为30%,温度800℃,加热时间为10 min,制备的发光石表观质量、强度及发光性能良好。将该发光石作为骨料应用于混凝土中,可制备出具有照明与装饰功能的发光露骨混凝土。
Abstract: The luminous stone is prepared by using high temperature firing technology, and the influences of raw materials, processing temperature, heating time, phosphor content on the properties of the luminous stone are studied under oxidizing conditions. The results show that when the raw materials is SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+ long afterglow phosphor of 100 mesh and low melting borate glass powder, phosphor content is 30%, temperature is 800°C, and heating time is 10min, the luminous stone has good apparent quality, strength and luminous performance. Using the luminous stone as concrete aggregate, the luminous exposed aggregate concrete can be prepared with functions of lighting and decoration.
