偏高岭土改性混凝土性能研究

摘 要:以偏高岭土(MK)0~6%等量取代硅酸盐水泥配制混凝土,研究了MK改性混凝土的抗压强度、电通量和氯离子扩散系数的变化规律,并通过XRD、TG-DSC对其机理进行分析。试验结果表明,MK能促进水泥水化进程,提高混凝土的抗压强度,降低电通量和氯离子扩散系数,混凝土的抗渗性能得到显著优化,其中掺量为6%时效果最佳。
Abstract: With metakaolin (MK) substituting 0~6% Portland cement in the preparation of concrete, the change las of the compressive strength, electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of modified concrete were studied. XRD, TG-DSC were used to study the mechanism. The result show that MK can promote hydration process of cement and can effectively raise concrete compressive strength and reduce the electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient, which significantly make the better penetration performance of concrete. The resistance to chloride ion of modified concrete with 6%MK is the best.
