利用河砂和漂珠制备RPC的试验研究

摘 要:试验研究了采用漂珠、河砂(粒径为0.15~1.18mm)制备活性粉末混凝土(RPC)。结果表明,在水泥∶漂珠∶硅灰∶石英粉∶河砂质量比为0.90∶0.10∶0.25∶0.37∶1.3,水胶比为0.21,减水剂掺量为0.95%,钢纤维体积掺量为3.0%的条件下,采用蒸汽养护48h,RPC抗压强度可达156.4MPa,抗折强度可达32.1MPa。微观分析表明,RPC水化产物结构致密,其主要水化产物为C-S-H凝胶和少量Ca(OH)2。
Abstract: The feasibility of the preparation of reactive powder concret (RPC) by floating bead and river sand (particle size 0.15~1.18mm) was studied. The results showed that when the proportion of cement, floating bead, silica fume, quartz powder, river sand was 0.90∶0.10∶0.25∶0.37∶1.3, water binder ratio was 0.21, water reducing agent was 0.95%, steel fiber was 3.0% and steam curing(48h), compressive strength of RPC could exceed 156.4MPa, flexural strength reached 32.1MPa. The microanalysis showed that the structure of hydration products of RPC was compact, and the main hydration products of RPC were C-S-H and little Ca(OH)2
