硅灰对钢纤维混凝土力学性能及结构特征的影响

摘 要:在混凝土基准配合比相同的情况下,掺入体积掺量为0~1.2%的钢纤维以及取代水泥质量为0~12%的硅灰,测试了标准养护28d钢纤维硅灰混凝土的抗压、抗折及劈裂强度,并通过氮吸附实验测试得到了混凝土孔结构特征参数,分析了硅灰对钢纤维混凝土力学性能及孔结构特征的影响。结果表明,对于钢纤维混凝土,随着硅灰的掺入,其抗压、抗折及劈裂强度显著提高,且硅灰掺量越高,提高幅度越大。在测试与分析的基础上,建立了混凝土28d抗折强度与钢纤维、硅灰掺量之间的定量关系,并预测了硅灰和钢纤维对混凝土28d抗折强度的影响趋势。
Abstract: On the same blank mix proportion, steel fiber of 0~1.2 %( by volume content) and 0~12% of silica fume (replace cement by quality) are mixed into concrete. And the compressive strength, bending strength, slitting strength of concrete at the age of 28d by standard curing are tested. At the same time, the pore structure characteristics parameters of concrete are tested by nitrogen adsorption experiment. The result of this paper show that, the compressive strength, bending strength, slitting strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete are increased as the adding of silica fume, and the strength increased significantly with increasing replacement of silica fume. The quantitative relation between 28d flexural strength and the content of steel fiber and silica fume are established, and the impact trend of silica fume and steel fiber on the flexural strength of concrete 28d is predicted.
