塑钢纤维橡胶混凝土的配制及力学性能研究

摘 要:橡胶及纤维的掺入是解决混凝土脆性问题的技术途径,而塑钢纤维作为新型增强材料,可在混凝土中发挥微筋材的作用。三因素三水平正交试验极差分析表明,采用5~10目的橡胶颗粒等体积代砂10%并掺入6kg/m3的塑钢纤维配制的混凝土综合性能最优,既能克服橡胶混凝土抗压强度不足的缺点,又能大幅提高混凝土的韧性。
Abstract: The problems for brittleness of concrete is solved by adding rubber and fiber, which is the one technology way. As a new type of reinforced material, pp fiber can play a role of microreinforcement material in concrete. The range analysis for three factors three levels orthogonal test indicate that comprehensive properties of concrete is best which is prepared by using 5~10 mesh rubber particles by an equal volume of 10% sand and adding 6kg/m3 pp fiber. The plastic fiber reinforced rubber concrete can not only overcome less compressive strength of rubber concrete, but also greatly improve the toughness of concrete.
