一种高性能发泡剂的复配研究

摘 要:以月桂酰基谷氨酸二钠和茶皂素按适当比例复配作为基础发泡剂,添加十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、黄原胶、明胶和聚丙烯酰胺等不同的改性剂进行了复配研究,选择最优改性剂通过正交试验探讨其对基础发泡剂发泡和稳泡性能的改性效果。最终确定的发泡剂复配方案为:十二烷基硫酸钠的掺量为0.3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的掺量为0.2%,聚丙烯酰胺的掺量为0.015%。经过重现试验,发泡剂的发泡倍数达到35~37倍,1h泌水量为32.4~33.1mL,1h沉陷距为5~7mm。该发泡剂所制备的混凝土制品性能优于JG/T 266—2011《泡沫混凝土》的要求。
Abstract: The based foaming agent is prepared by using appropriate proportion of disodium lauroyl glutamate mixed with tea saponin. Adding different additives such as sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, xanthan gum, gelatin and polyacrylamide through orthogonal experiment are studied, the modified effects of the best additives on foam ability and foam stability of the based foaming agent are discussed. A certain complex program, the dosage of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.3%, the dosage of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0.2%, the dosage of polyacrylamide is 0.015%. After repeat experiments, the foam expansion reached 35~37times, quantity of weeping in one hour is 32.4~33.1mL, subsidence distance in one hour is 5~7mm, and the properties prepared by concrete products are superior to JG/T 266—2011"foam concrete" requirements.
