垃圾焚烧飞灰砂浆试验研究

摘 要:随着城市生活垃圾焚烧处理方式的不断推广,焚烧飞灰的产生量也不断增加。由于垃圾焚烧飞灰中富含有害重金属,属于危险废物,必须进行无害化处理。应用常规的工艺方法,用飞灰取代部分水泥制备砌筑砂浆;研究了飞灰对砂浆拌合物稠度、凝结时间等基本性能以及砂浆的力学性能和重金属浸出规律的影响,并进行了微观分析。试验结果表明,虽然飞灰会损失砂浆部分强度,但是砂浆能大幅度地减少重金属的浸出量;水泥对飞灰中重金属的固化效果良好,同时以飞灰作为辅助材料制备砂浆可以作为飞灰资源化利用的有效途径。
Abstract: With the further promotion of municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) method, the output of MSWI fly ash is increasing. Because fly ash contains harmful heavy metal waste which belongs to the hazardous waste, it must be harmless treatment. The partial cement is replaced by MSWI fly ash for the preparation of masonry mortar by using the conventional process. The influence of fly ash on the performance of mortar mixture consistency, setting time, the mechanical properties and heavy metal leaching rule of cement mortar, and the micro analysis are studied. The results show that although MSWI fly ash can lose the partial strength of mortar, but the mortar can significantly reduce the leaching amount of heavy metals. Heavy metals in fly ash are excellently solidified by cement, and preparation of mortar with MSWI fly ash as a supplementary material can be used as an effective way of resource utilization of MSWI fly ash.
