摘 要:研究了高炉镍铁渣粉对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,高炉镍铁渣粉的掺入能有效的改善混凝土的工作性能,掺入25%高炉镍铁渣粉制成的镍铁渣混凝土28d和56d强度高于纯水泥混凝土,且具有良好的体积稳定性和耐久性。 Abstract: The influence of ground ferronickel-granulated blast furnace slag on the performance of concrete is studied. The results show that the ground ferronickel-granulated blast furnace slag powders can improve the concrete workability. When the content of ground ferronickel-granulated blast furnace slag is 25%, the 28d or 56d compressive strength of ferronickel-slag concrete is higher than those of the reference concrete. And the ferronickel-slag concrete has favorable dimensional stability and durability.

摘 要:采用DSM8715菌种作为矿化菌,将再生细骨料浸泡在含有矿化菌的矿化培养液中进行矿化处理。通过XRD对矿化沉淀物进行定性分析,并通过测试再生细骨料的表观密度、压碎指标、吸水率等来探索微生物矿化沉积对再生细骨料的改善效果;利用SEM观察了处理前后再细生骨料表面变化。结果表明,菌种DSM8715矿化反应所产生沉淀为方解石型碳酸钙,经矿化处理后再生细骨料吸水率、压碎指标、表观密度都有明显降低,通过SEM观察发现,经处理后的再生细骨料表面有碳酸钙堵塞孔隙。 Abstract: Using DSM8715 strains as mineralization bacteria, the recycled fine aggregate is soaked in the mineralization with mineralization bacteria cultures.The mineralization of precipitation was analyzed by XRD, the cause of the improve of the basic properties is studied and the surface changes of recycled fine aggregate is observed by SEM. The results show that DSM8715 can produce Calcite calcium carbonate by mineralization reaction, the water absorption of recycled aggregate is lower than before, apparent density and crush index values decrease. SEM analysis observation shows that microbial mineralization precipitation can form a good protective structure on the surface of recyclecl fine aggregate, and effectively fill the pores.

摘 要:某工程尝试使用了钢筋混凝土预制女儿墙并实施了装配式施工。通过对女儿墙构件优化设计、预制生产、运输堆放、吊运安装、灌浆固定等关键环节采取相应的技术措施和方法进行有效控制,达到了保证工程质量、提高效率、减少人工、绿色环保的目的。 Abstract: The prefabricated reirforcde concrete parapet was applied in the 8.6 generation Thin film transistor LCD project by using fabricated construction. It has achieved the purpose of ensuring the quality of the project, improving efficiency and reducing artificial and green environmental protection by taking the corresponding methods and effective control for the key process of optimization design, precast production, transport yard, hoisting and installation, grouting fixed and so on.

摘 要:为保证预制装配式混凝土框架结构的整体性,连接节点采用现浇施工,装配式框架结构后浇节点大多在梁柱接头部位。传统木模板难以加固,因此提出后浇部位使用铝合金模板,在构件深化设计阶段充分考虑铝模安装问题,结合铝模开孔位置预埋螺栓,大大提升施工效率,加快建设速度,降低工程成本,解决了预制构件与现浇层的外观质量差异较大问题。 Abstract: In order to ensure the integrity of precast concrete frame structure, the connection node adopts cast-in-site construction method. The post-pouring joints of the assembled frame structure are mostly in the joint parts of the beam and column, the traditional wood formwork is difficult to reinforce, so the post casting parts are made of aluminum alloy template. Fully considering the aluminum formwork installation problem in the component deepening design stage, bolts are embedded in the aluminum formwork opening position, which can greatly improve the construction efficiency, accelerate the construction speed, reduce the project cost, and solve the large appearance quality differences between precast concrete component and cast-in-place layer.

摘 要:采用三种二元复合掺合料,研究了硅铝含量测定法和电导率法快速评定复合掺合料火山灰活性的可行性。结果表明,活性硅铝百分含量、电导率变化率均与28d活性指数之间存在相关性,能反映复合掺合料的火山灰活性。通过建立活性硅铝百分含量(或电导率变化率)与28d活性指数的拟合方程,可以对复合掺合料的火山灰活性实现快速评定。 Abstruct:Three kinds of binary compound admixtures were used to study on the feasibility of methods which used to rapidly assessing the pozzolanic activity of compound admixtures by the determination of silicon and aluminum content or the electrical conductivity. The results show that the percentage of active SiO2 and Al2O3, or the rate of electrical conductivity change are correlated with the 28d activity index, which can reflect pozzolanic activity of compound admixtures. By establishing the fitting equation between the percentage of active SiO2 and Al2O3 (or the rate of electrical conductivity change) and the 28d active index, the rapid assessment of the pozzolanic activity of compound admixtures can be achieved.

摘 要:针对无损检测方法中全国统一回弹测强曲线与超声声速和抗压强度关系曲线应用到地方工程检测中的差异性,以兰州地区原材料制作而成的C30~C60四个强度等级的泵送混凝土为研究对象,同时充分考虑龄期的影响,利用最小二乘法原理进行回归分析分别建立了满足规范要求的兰州地区泵送混凝土测强曲线、超声声速和抗压强度关系曲线及抗压强度和超声声速与回弹强度三者之间的关系曲线,并结合国家统一测强曲线和其它地区关系曲线进行了对比分析研究。结果表明,超声声速、回弹强度值和混凝土强度值有很好地相关性,不能随意将其它地区无损检测关系曲线应用到当地工程检测之中,由超声声速和回弹值共同推定得到的抗压强度值可以最大限度地规避单一检测带来的操作误差,提高了无损检测的适用性。 Abstract:Aiming at the difference of the curves of the national unified rebound strength and ultrasonic velocity and compressive strength from different area engineering detection, taking four groups of C30~C60 strength grade pump concrete prepared using the raw materials from Lanzhou area as the research object, and considering the effects of age, the relationship of rebound strength, compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity of these pumping concrete which can meet the requirements of the codes were studied using the least square method regression analysis. And the national unified strength curve and other regional relationship curves are comparatively analyzed. The results show that there is a good correlation between ultrasonic velocity, rebound strength and concrete strength. The non-destructive testing curves in other areas should not be applied to the regional engineering testing. The value of compressive strength obtained by ultrasonic velocity and rebound value can avoid the operation error caused by single detection, and improve the applicability of nondestructive testing.

摘 要:根据装配式建筑构件的特点,简述了装配式建筑构件厂设计的思路,介绍了机组流水法、流水传送法和台座法的工艺特点和适用范围。分析了目前工艺设计中存在的一些问题,提出应根据产品特点合理选择生产工艺,以减少浪费、提高效率。 Abstract: According to the characteristics of the assembled building components, the thought of the prefabricated building component factory design is resumed. The technical characteristics and using range of water flow unit method, transmission method and the pedestal method are introduced. Some problems existing in the process design are analyzed, and the reasonable selection of production technology according to the characteristics of the product is proposed to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

摘  要:通过正交法对化学发泡镁水泥轻质泡沫混凝土影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,四个因素中磷酸对镁水泥混凝土强度影响最大,氯化镁用量对软化系数影响最明显。XRD分析表明样品中存在大量的5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(相5)和少量的Mg(OH)2,也有氯化镁相和氧化镁相。SEM分析表明,生成的518相以纤维状形式存在,夹杂在片状Mg(OH)2之间。Abstract:Theinfluencefactorsoffoamedmagnesiumcementlightweightfoamconcreteareanalyzedbyorthogonalmethod.TheresultsshowthatthegreatesteffectonthestrengthoffoamconcreteisH3PO4andtheeffectofmagnesiumchlorideonthesofteningcoefficientisthemostobviousofthefourfactors.XRDanalysisshowsthatalargenumberof5Mg(OH)2-MgCl2-8H2O(phase5)andasmallamountofMg(OH)2existinsample,themagnesiumchloridephaseandtheMagnesiumOxidephaseisobserved.The518phaseexistsamongMg(OH)2astheformationofthefiberform.

摘  要:为研究基体混凝土强度、配网率及纤维格栅表面处理方式对水泥混凝土抗弯性能的影响,对十组600mm×600mm×100mm的混凝土方板试件进行了抗弯性能试验,分析了试件破坏过程。结果表明,与基体强度C30相比,基体强度为C40时,水泥混凝土的抗弯强度提高了28.1%~32.5%;与素混凝土相比,铺设一层纤维格栅,使混凝土抗弯强度提高7.15%~11.05%,铺设两层格栅使混凝土抗弯强度提高12.8%~24.6%;铺设纤维格栅使混凝土的开裂荷载提高了1.25%~9.87%;格栅表面刷环氧树脂并黏砂处理后,能有效改善纤维束的整体受力性能,使混凝土的抗弯强度提高了3.1%~7.0%。Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheinfluenceofconcretematrixstrength,criticaltextileratioandsurfacetreatmentmethodsoffibergridontheflexuralpropertiesofcementconcrete,tengroupsofsquareconcreteplateswithdimensionsof600mm×600mm×100mmweretestedthroughbendingexperiment,andthefailureprocessesofthespecimenswereanalyzed.TheresearchresultshowsthatcomparedwithC30concrete,thebendingstrengthofC40concreteisimprovedby28.1%to32.5%;comparedwithplainconcrete,thebendingstrengthofconcretewithlayingalayeroffibergridcanincreaseby7.15%to11.05%,andthebendingstrengthofconcretewithlayingtwolayersfibergridcanincreaseby12.8%to24.6%.Becauseoflayingfibergrid,thecrackingloadofconcretecanincreaseby1.25%to9.87%.Thefibergridsurfaceistreatedwithepoxyresinandsand,whichcaneffectivelyimprovethestressperformanceofthefiberbundle,andthebendingstrengthofcementconcreteisimprovedby3.1%to7.0%.
