混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料力学性能研究

摘 要:为了研究混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(HyFRCC)的力学性能,在纤维总体积率为0~2.5%的范围内,开展了SE-PVA和SE-PP两种HyFRCC的对比试验。结果表明,在保持SE纤维为1.0%的条件下,SE-PVA材料的抗压强度随PVA纤维体积率的提升而降低,抗折强度则呈上升趋势,而SE-PP材料的抗压强度、抗折强度均随PP纤维体积率的提升呈抛物线趋势;SE纤维对HyFRCC抗压强度与抗折强度的提升起主导作用。
Abstract: In order to investigate the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced cement based composite material (HyFRCC), the comparison test of two kinds of HyFRCC with the steel fiber-polypropylene fiber and steel fiber-polyvinyl alcohol fiber are carried out at the 0~2.5% fiber volume fraction. The results show that under the 1% SE fiber volume fraction, the compressive strength of the SE-PVA material decreased with the PVA fiber volume fraction in ascension, meanwhile, bending strength is increased with the increasing PVA fiber volume fraction, however, the compressive strength and the bending strength of SE-PP material are manifested as a parabola distribution with the increasing PP fiber volume fraction; the steel fiber plays a leading role on the compressive strength and bending strength of hybrid fiber reinforced cement based composite material.
