摘  要:通过设计不同粗细和级配的机制砂,研究了机制砂细度模数和级配对湿拌砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,当机制砂细度模数在1.2~3.0时,随着机制砂细度模数的增大,湿拌砂浆单方用水量减小,保水性下降,和易性和抗压强度呈先提高后降低,干缩率呈先减小后增大的变化规律。当机制砂公称粒径在0.315mm以上颗粒的分计筛余相同时,随着机制砂中小于0.315mm颗粒含量的增加,湿拌砂浆力学性能先提高后降低,干缩率先减小后增大。控制机制砂中小于0.315mm细颗粒含量为30%,机制砂中大于1.25mm颗粒含量超过30%时,湿拌砂浆拉伸黏结强度明显降低,干缩率显著增大。Abstract:Throughthedesignofmanufacturedsandwithdifferentfinenessmodulusandgradation,theinfluenceoffinenessmodulusandgradationofmachine-madesandontheperformanceofwet-mixedmortarisstudied.Theresultsshowthatwhenthefinenessmodulusofsandisintherangeof1.2~3.0,withtheincreaseofthemodulusofsand,thewaterconsumptionofwet-mixedmortarisreduced,thewaterretentionisdecreased,theworkabilityandcompressionstrengthincreasesfirstandthendecreases,andtheshrinkageratedecreasesandthenincreases.Whengraderretainedpercentageofsandgreaterthan0.315mmisthesame,themechanicalpropertiesofthewet-mixedmortarareimprovedandthendecreases,andtheshrinkageratedecreasesfirstandthenincreaseswiththeincreaseofthecontentofparticleslessthan0.315mminthesand.Controlmachine-madesandlessthan0.315mmparticlecontentof30%,whenthecontentofgreaterthan1.25mmparticlesismorethan30%,thetensilebondstrengthofwet-mixedmortarisobviouslyreducedandtheshrinkagerateissignificantlyincreased.

摘 要:设计了4批不同尺寸的秸秆纤维,将其均匀地掺入水泥砂浆中。通过劈裂拉伸试验,研究了秸秆纤维对混凝土拉伸强度和劈裂韧性的影响。结果表明,混凝土中掺入秸秆纤维可控制基体混凝土裂纹的发展,从而提高劈裂韧性。此种混凝土适合应用于对承载力要求不大,但对韧性要求较高的建筑主体中,可实现就近取材,减少环境污染等目的。 Abstract: The four groups with different size of straw fiber are designed to mix evenly into the cement mortar. The effect of straw fiber on the recovery rate and cleavage toughness of concrete after cracking are studied by splitting experiments. The results show that the addition of fiber material in concrete can control the further development of concrete cracks in the matrix, so as to improve the crack resistance. This kind of concrete is suitable for building materials where the bearing capacity is not highly required but requiring high toughness, while achieving to use the nearest material and reduce environmental pollution.

摘 要:针对钻孔咬合桩的施工工艺特点,采用自行研制的专用缓凝高效减水剂以及Ⅱ级粉煤灰和 S75 矿渣粉双掺技术,配制出了具有良好的工作性能的水下超缓凝混凝土,混凝土缓凝时间达60h以上,3d强度不低于3MPa 、28d强度不低于设计强度等级。 Abstract: According to the construction characteristics of the bored lock piles, a new super retarding concrete is prepared by the set-retarding and super plasticizer, and mixed with Ⅱ fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag. The underwater super retarding concrete has good flow properties, the setting time can reach 60 hours when this product is contained in the concrete, the 3 days strength is not under 3MPa, and the 28 days strength can meet the design requirement.

摘 要:结合哈尔滨市阳明滩自锚式悬索桥自锚梁(过渡孔混凝土梁)C50级混凝土冬期施工所采取的综合蓄热法选择与实施过程,分析了在严寒地区初冬时节C50级混凝土配合比设计思路、冬期施工混凝土防冻害综合蓄热养护方法以及亚高强级大体积混凝土冬期施工过程中的温度控制与监测过程,提出了极端环境下重大工程混凝土冬期施工的技术条件,可供类似工程冬期施工参考。 Abstract:In this paper, a combination of the application of comprehensive thermal storage method and the winter construction implementation process in Grade C50 self-anchored suspension bridge of Harbin Yangming Beach Bridge is presented, the concrete mix design method of grade C50 concrete in severe cold area in early winter, the anti-frost damage comprehensive thermal storage method winter construction technology and the temperature control and monitoring process of sub-strength mass concrete in winter construction process are analyzed, the technology requirements of the winter construction of key project under an extreme environment were proposed, which provides reference for similar winter construction projects.

摘 要:自制模拟现场钢管混凝土缺陷模型,采用超声波对测法测试不同脱黏状态钢管混凝土模型的密实度,对比分析了超声波参数变化与钢管混凝土缺陷之间的关系,找出了能够准确判断钢管混凝土缺陷的方法与规律。结果表明,依据超声波首波相位、声时值和波幅的变化,可以判断钢管混凝土脱黏区域、空洞和断层等缺陷。 Abstract: The model which of concrete filled steel tube defect is made, and the different debonding models are tested by non-metal ultrasonic. By analyzing the relationship between the defect and ultrasonic parameters, the method and regularity of judging concrete filled steel tube defect are found. The results show that on the basis of the change of the ultrasonic first phase, duration and amplitude, the concrete filled steel tube defect such as fault and debonding area and empty can be determined.

摘 要:现提倡绿色材料,节能环保新型建材,采用粉煤灰、陶粒等材料配制的陶粒混凝土,可以降低结构自重,提高抗震性能。本文进行了正交试验研究,得出对陶粒混凝土抗压强度影响程度的因素由大到小分别为水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰掺量,并进而得出最优配合比;对陶粒混凝土受压破坏形态进行了分析,结果表明,水泥砂浆与陶粒的界面破坏和陶粒全截面断裂破坏是陶粒混凝土受压破坏的主要形态。 Abstract: Energy saving and environment protection in buildings and building materials are advocated nowadays. Using fly ash, ceramsite and other materials to prepare the ceramsite concrete can reduce weight and improve seismic performance.The compressive strength of ceramisite concrete is studied by orthogonal test, the conclusion shows that the order of factors of compressive strength is: water-cement ratio, sand rate and the mixing amount of fly ash, and then the optimal ratio is obtained. The failure mode of the ceramsite concrete is analyzed, and there are two kinds of failure modes, the interface failure of the cement mortar and the whole cross section rupture of the ceramsite.

摘 要:通过正交试验研究了砂率、脱硫灰替代率、脱硫石膏替代率和微硅粉替代率四个因素对新型混凝土干表观密度、软化系数、导热系数、绝干抗压强度以及吸水率5个指标的影响。结果表明:各因素对新型混凝土5个试验指标的影响顺序为:脱硫石膏C>脱硫灰B>砂率A>微硅粉D。综合平衡分析各因素对新型混凝土5个试验指标的影响,确定了工业灰渣-陶粒新型混凝土的最优配合比。 Abstract: The influence of four factors on the dry density, softening coefficient, thermal conductivity, dry compressive strength and water absorption of new concrete were studied by orthogonal test. The four factors are the sand ratio, the replacement rate of desulfurization ash, the replacement rate of desulfurization gypsum and the replacement rate of silica fume. The results show that the influence order of all factors on the five test indicators of the new concrete was desulfurization gypsum C>desulfurization ash B> sand rate A> micro silica powder D. The optimal mixture ratio is determined by analyzing the influence of all factors on the five test indicators of the new concrete.

摘 要:为确定肋形混凝土永久柱模板的肋方向、拼接方式和板缝处理方法对柱承载能力等影响,制作了横肋和竖肋模板的整块对缝拼接、整块错缝拼接、分块错缝拼接共3大类的干接缝、预埋铁丝接缝、环氧树脂接缝、同时用预埋铁丝与环氧树脂接缝处理的24组、48个短柱试件,并同时用传统方法制作2个同规格短柱试件,进行承载力试验。试验结果表明,使用肋形永久性拼接柱模板叠合混凝土试件均高于传统方法制作的试件,竖肋试件高于横肋试件,错缝拼接试件高于对缝拼接试件,整块拼接试件高于分块拼接试件,同时用铁丝和环氧树脂处理接缝整块错缝拼接短柱抗压能力最强,但用预埋铁丝方法处理接缝效果有限。试验结果可为使用该种类模板提供参考。 Abstract: In order to determine the rib direction, the splicing method and the slab handling method of the rib-shaped concrete permanent column formwork, the whole piece of the stitch and the stitching a total of three major types of dry joints, embedded wire joints, epoxy joints, while with embedded wire and epoxy resin joints processing 24 groups, 48 short column test pieces, and at the same time with the traditional methods two specimens of the same size are used to carry out the bearing capacity test. The experimental results show that the composite specimens with the ribs permanent splicing column formwork are higher than those of the traditional method. The test piece of the vertical rib is higher than that of the transverse rib specimen, the whole piece of splicing test pieces is higher than the block splicing test pieces, while the use of wire and epoxy resin to deal with seams stitch stitching short column compression ability of the strongest, but with the embedded wire method to deal with the joint effect is limited. The testing results can provide a reference for using the type of formwork.

摘 要:研究了优化明胶膜甘蔗纤维的制备工艺,并将其掺入泡沫中改善泡沫的性能,再使用此泡沫制备泡沫混凝土,研究其对泡沫混凝土基本性能的影响,并对其内部微观形貌进行观察和分析。试验结果表明,明胶膜甘蔗叶纤维改善了料浆固化沉降率、抗压强度、导热系数、干密度、吸水率及孔隙结构等泡沫混凝土的基本性能。 Abstract: The process for preparation of Gelatin Film Sugarcane Leaf Fiber (GFSLF) is optimized. The foamed concrete is prepared by adding GFSLF into the foam to improve the performance of foamed concrete, and scanning electron microscopy is used to observe the microstructure of foamed concrete. The results show that GFSLF is an effective fiber that can improve the performance of foamed concrete such as slurry sedimentation rate, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, dry density, water absorption and pore structure.

摘  要:基于正交设计研究多因素对玄武岩纤维(BF)增强混凝土(BFRC)力学性能的影响并优化其配合比。选取BF长度、BF掺量、减水剂、速凝剂作为试验因素,通过极差分析得出各因素权重关系。利用SEM观察BFRC微观结构,分析BF对混凝土增强的微观机理。结果表明,BF掺量为3kg/m3时,抗压、抗折强度最大,掺量继续增大,抗压、抗折强度均明显下降;抗压、抗折强度随BF长度增大先上升后下降,长度30mm时最佳;减水剂、速凝剂较前者相比对BFRC力学性能影响不明显。各因素对BFRC7d抗压与抗折强度影响权重一致,均为BF掺量>BF长度>减水剂>速凝剂,对BFRC28d抗压、抗折强度影响权重分别为BF长度>BF掺量>速凝剂>减水剂及BF长度>BF掺量>减水剂>速凝剂。当纤维长度为30mm、纤维掺量为3kg/m3、减水剂为0.7%、速凝剂为10%时,BFRC相对于素混凝土的28d抗压和抗折强度分别提高了21.7%和37.8%。Abstract:Basedontheorthogonaldesign,theinfluenceofmultifactorsonthemechanicalpropertiesofBFRCwasstudiedandthemixtureratiowasoptimized.TheBFlength,BFcontent,waterreducingagentandacceleratorwereselectedasthefactors,andtheweightrelationofeachfactorwasobtainedbyrangeanalysis.ThemicrostructureofBFRCwasobservedbySEM,andthemicromechanismofBFonconcretewasanalyzed.TheresultsshowthatwhenthedosageofBFis3kg/m3,themaximumcompressiveflexuralstrengthareobtained,thenthecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthbothdecreasewhenthedosageofBFincreases.ThecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthincreasefirstandthendecreasewiththelengthofBFincreases,andthebestlengthofBFis30mm.ThereducingagentandacceleratingagenthavelittleeffectonthemechanicalpropertiesoftheBFRC.Theinfluenceofvariousfactorsonthe7dcompressiveandflexuralstrengthofBFRCisconsistent:BFdosage>BFlength>waterreducingagent>accelerator.Theinfluenceofvariousfactorsonthe28dcompressiveandflexuralstrengthisBFlength>BFdosage>acceleratingagent>waterreducingagentandBFlength>BFdosage>waterreducingagent>acceleratorrespectively.Whenthefiberlengthis30mmandthefibercontentis3kg/m3,thewaterreducingagentis0.7%,theacceleratoris10%,the28dcompressiveandflexuralstrengthofBFRCcomparedwithplainconcretewereincreasedby21.7%and37.8%.
