摘  要:为减少环境污染,实现建筑行业的可持续发展,利用建筑废渣灰和铸造旧砂再生粉尘制备了高强轻质建筑材料。分析了建筑废渣灰、铸造旧砂再生粉尘的化学成分,给出了高温烧结方法生产轻集料的主要工艺流程及步骤,并对生产出的轻集料制品性能进行了研究。结果表明,所生产的轻集料密度为1000~1250kg/m3,吸水率为5%~7%,强度等级≥800,属高强轻集料。Abstract:Inordertoreduceenvironmentalpollutionandrealizethesustainabledevelopmentofconstructionindustry.Theconstructionwasteashandfoundrysandreclamationdustareusedtopreparethehighstrengthlightweightbuildingmaterial.Thechemicalcompositionofconstructionwasteash,castingsandregenerationdustisanalyzed,thehightemperaturesinteringmethodisdeterminedtotesttheproductionoflightweightaggregate,andtheperformanceoflightaggregateproductsproducedarestudied.Theresultsshowthatthemethodcanproducethehighstrengthlightweightaggregatewhosedensityintherangeof1000~1250kg/m3,waterabsorptionin5%~7%,andthestrengthgradeover800.

摘 要:利用机械力激发钢渣和粉煤灰的活性,研究了机械力活化前后钢渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物水泥的耐盐腐蚀性能,并对其水化产物进行了物相分析和微观结构分析。结果表明,机械力活化后钢渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物水泥的抗压强度提高到46MPa,孔隙度减小,耐盐腐蚀性能提升。XRD和SEM分析表明,机械力活化前后样品中的水化产物主要为无定形凝胶,机械力活化后样品的结构更为致密;机械力活化后样品在5% Na2SO4和5% NaCl溶液中浸泡60d后,少量水化产物能与硫酸根离子反应生成钙矾石,与氯离子反应可能生成了水化氯铝酸钙(3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O),造成样品抗压强度降低,但样品整体形貌保持完好,未出现大面积的破坏。 Abstract:The steel slag and fly ash activated by mechanochemical method are used for the preparation of geopolymer. The performance and mechanism of anti-salt corrosion of geopolymer made of steel slag and fly ash are investigated. The results indicate that the compressive strength of geopolymer samples made of steel slag and fly ash milled by mechanical power increases to 46MPa, the porosity reduces and the performance of anti-salt corrosion of the samples is improved. XRD and SEM analyses show that the hydration products in the geopolymer samples are mainly amorphous gel. When the activated geopolymer samples are immersed into 5% Na2SO4 or 5% NaCl solution for 60d, hydration products can react with sulfate or chloride ions to form ettringite or hydrated calcium aluminum chloride(3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O), resulting in the lower compressive strength. However, the microstructure of the samples is still intact.

摘 要:以中国核工业物理研究所太赫兹实验室重晶石防辐射混凝土项目为研究对象,生产了强度、表观密度达标,和易性优良的重晶石防辐射混凝土;同时,找到了该种混凝土泵送施工困难的关键因素,提出了实际生产中必须注意的技术问题。 Abstract: The CAEP THz laboratory barite concrete projects is taken as the object for the study to prepare barite radicotion proof concrete that strength, density, flowability are meeting the requirement. Meanwhile, the difficult reason for barite radicotion proof concrete pumping, and construction and the actual production of technical problems are proposed.

摘 要:为了能够简洁高效地测定出硬化混凝土中粗骨料和砂浆含量,成型了特殊形状的一定配比的混凝土试件,标准养护一年后,基于弹性理论、界面过渡区理论和冻融理论,发现效果最好的检测方法是整样高温处理法——“(105±5)℃烘至恒重的整个试样在(520±10)℃环境下1h,空气中冷至室温,人工分离出粗骨料和砂浆”,利用该方法能有效地使硬化混凝土中粗骨料和砂浆含量测定结果相对误差绝对值分别控制在3%和2%以内,试验时间为4d,并且该方法对硬化混凝土中水泥含量的测定具有一定的参考价值。 Abstract: In order to get the efficient method that can be determined the content of coarse aggregate and mortar in hardened concretes, special shape samples with a certain ratio were prepared. After the concrete samples were cured for a year in a standard environment, based on elasticity theory, interface transition zone theory and Freeze-thaw theory, an ideal determination method is found that after drying at (105±5)℃, whole sample was treated at (520±10)℃ for 1h, then sample temperature is cooled to room temperature, and then artificial separates from coarse aggregate and mortar. By using this method, the absolute value aboutrelative deviation of coarse aggregate and mortar content of hardened concrete is set within 3% and 2%, and the results can be obtained during 4 days. This method can give some help to the determination of cement content in hardened concretes.

摘 要:对比试验分析了射钉法测试仪和幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪在不同混凝土强度区间检测适用性。结果表明,对于抗压强度不大于2.0MPa的混凝土构件,采用幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪测得混凝土强度换算值和贯入深度值之间相关性相对较好,宜采用幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪测定其强度;对于抗压强度在2.0MPa以上的混凝土构件,采用射钉法测试仪测得混凝土强度换算值和贯入深度值之间相关性相对较好,宜采用射钉法测试仪测定其强度。 Abstract:The applicability of Nail method tester and infant age concrete strength tester in different concrete strength range were compared. The results show that the infant age concrete strength tester is suitable used for the compressive strength of concrete member less than 2.0MPa and the relatively superior correlation between the concrete strength conversion value and penetration depth can be obtained by using the infant age concrete strength tester. The Nail method tester is suitable used for the compressive strength of concrete member above 2.0MPa, and the relatively superior correlation between the concrete strength conversion value and penetration depth can be obtained by using the Nail method tester.

摘 要:使用DYS-2500高温高压岩石三轴试验机对钢纤维再生混凝土圆柱体进行了单轴压缩和常规三轴压缩试验研究。结果表明,钢纤维再生混凝土在单轴压缩和三轴压缩下的破坏形态有所差别;同一围压下,钢纤维再生混凝土随着钢纤维掺量的增加,试件能承受的主压应力及轴向应变也相应增加,且围压下的应力-应变曲线走势大体一致;相同掺量钢纤维再生混凝土,随着围压值的提高,其承受的主压应力、轴向应变也相应提高;围压15MPa时,钢纤维再生混凝土的峰值应力约是单轴压缩下峰值应力的3.08~4.13倍;同一围压下的纤维再生混凝土,钢纤维掺量2%的峰值应力约是普通再生混凝土峰值应力的1.15~1.54倍;围压15MPa时钢纤维再生混凝土的峰值应变比0MPa时的峰值应变增加了5.98~6.76倍;同一围压下的再生混凝土,钢纤维掺量2%的峰值应变约是普通再生混凝土峰值应变的1.22~1.52倍。 Abstract: DYS-2500 high temperature and high pressure rock triaxial testing machine is used to carry out the uniaxial pressure and conventional triaxial compression test of steel fiber recycled concrete cylinder. The test results show that the failure pattern of steel fiber recycled concrete under uniaxial compression and triaxial compression test is different. Under the same confining pressure, the main compressive stress and axial strain of fiber regenerated concrete increased with the increase of steel fiber parameters. The stress-strain curve of the confining pressure is generally consistent. With the increase of the confining pressure value, the axial strain of the main compressive stress of the same steel fiber reinforced concrete is improved accordingly. The peak stress of mixed fiber recycled concrete was 3.08~4.13 times of the peak stress of single axial pressure when confining pressure of 15MPa. The peak stress of two percent of the steel fiber parameters is about 1.15~1.54 times the peak stress of the recycled concrete. The peak strain of mixed fiber regenerated concrete at 15MPa is 5.98~6.76 times higher than that in 0MPa. The peak strain of 2% of steel fiber parameter is 1.22~1.52 times of the peak strain of recycled concrete.

摘 要:分析了混凝土砌块振动密实成型效果的影响因素,采用端面式混沌激振器,建立了混沌振动成型机的动力学模型,并进行了动力学分析,得出混沌振动成型机具有较宽的振动频率、较高的振动加速度、振幅和振动烈度,能增加被振混凝土混合物中各种物料与物料之间碰撞和拌合的机会,并降低模具与物料之间的摩擦,提高密实性和均匀性,同时,具有对所加工的砌块原材料适应面宽等优势,最后通过实例分析验证了其有效性。 Abstract:The influence factors of concrete block forming vibration close-grained effect is analyzed. The chaotic vibrator is applied, the dynamics model of chaotic vibration molding is established and motion is analyzed, The results show that the vibration of the chaotic vibration molding machine has a wide frequency, high vibration acceleration and amplitude and vibration intensity, the vibration concrete mixture chance of collision and mixing between all kinds of material can be increased and the friction between mold and material can be reduced and has the better compactness, uniformity, high efficiency and adaptation of wide for block processing by the raw materials. At last, its effectiveness is prored by the example analysis.

摘 要:针对设计的立式径向挤压制管机成型头,采用SolidWorks软件建立其三维实体模型,运用HyperMesh软件划分网格,定义材料属性、成型头与混凝土的接触类型和工作载荷,通过LS-Dyna软件计算成型头挤压混凝土成型过程的力学行为,获得成型过程中混凝土的应力、应变分布情况,表明立式径向挤压制管机成型头已基本能够实现混凝土的挤压成型,但在成型过程的第一阶段,混凝土的最大应力值达到了其屈服强度的临界点,混凝土管易发生坍塌、裂纹等现象,仿真分析可为成型头结构的进一步改进提供理论依据。 Abstract: The molding head of vertical radial press concrete pipe machine has been designed. The SolidWorks is used to model it. The HyperMesh is used to establish the finite element model of molding head, including meshing and defining the material, contact and load. The Ls-Dyna is used to calculate the mechanical behavior of molding head extruding the concrete to obtain the stress and strain distribution. The results show that the molding head of vertical radial press concrete pipe machine has been basically able to realize the extrusion forming of the concrete. But because the maximum stress of concrete reaches the critical point of its yield strength in the first stage of the forming process, the concrete pipe is prone to collapse and cracks, which provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of molding head.
